Friday september 22, 2023 8:10 p.m. Terrible experience.My girlfriend and I ordered food thru the app and payed with a card. The store sent the order thru door dash and they said we had to give them a cash payment and we had to pay them. Then when she called the store the man on the phone was very very rude to her and tried to make it sound like she didnt know anything and had a huge attitude. I was right there. Alolso the pizza wa very greasy and we will NOT be ordering from this store again and DO NOT recommend.

Best pizza in town. Second time we have ordered our thin crust in a specific way with light sauce and well done., and both times they have come out perfect. Great deal too ion a large two topping pizza. Will order again when I am craving a good pizza!!!

I have gone here several times. Every time I go, the employees are terrible, they look miserable and are unfriendly. The food is great. Tonight, I arrived at the store at 9:30pm, expecting to be able to order a pizza (they close at 10pm). I know for a fact the pizzas only take 15 minutes to cook, so I wouldn't be rude and be there past closing time. When I pulled on the door they had it locked, they wouldn't let me in even after making eye contact with an employee several times. I called the store and the person that answered told me they are only serving salads at this time. Unless all of their ovens broke this is not good service, it seems the employees just wanted to go home early, what's the point of being open until 10pm if you won't serve pizza and lock the doors at 9:30pm?

The eating area is small best to get your food and eat somewhere else, my cashier was super hard to hear because she was whispering, other than that the food is pretty good, they do not have free refills here.

I receive several coupons a week emailed to me. Tried to use a coupon three days ago for a carry out order. When you get to the end to pay for the order, I continued to get an error message. Tried to call the store and they would not honor an online coupon. The person I spoke to said to bring it in. I explained it's an online coupon with their specific address listed. I called corporate office (number listed in the email) no help. Called again today and the person at the corporate office at least opened a ticket on the issue. If you are not going to honor coupons with your specific location included in the email, then don't bother sending them out. Corporate/local owner, before you reply with your canned response, why not try to fix the problem.

Ordered a “ the works pizza” - got home and it was an onion pizza, picked it up at 430 pm , put it in our oven on warm bc we had things to do, looked at it later and found it was only a red onion pizza - called back to ask for it to be remade and my husband who was already out to pick up another correct pizza. - they refused , didn’t believe me , i offered to send a pic to the girl who said she was manager and she “hung up on me” and said the pizza had to be brought back. I even tipped them on the app before I picked up pizza. Called back and talked to a male who also claimed to be a manager and refused to fix another pizza until we brought in the other “ onion pizza” in which we did. My husband called back to have new one made and he had to go back up there , present the pizza , and wait on a new one.

Spent $119 for 7 pizzas Saturday night and they were terrible. Had family in for Easter weekend and had to feed them. That was a mistake. It will not happen again!!

I call in a pick up order and was told they had a two large 2 toppings pizza and a small cheesey bread for $20.99 plus tax. So I ordered that and when I get there to pick up it's $29.41! So beware they offer meal deals and then say they don't have them! the manager was extremely rude. I want be back!

There is no need to make a complaint with Hungry Howie because they would never rectify the situation. This is my 2nd incident with them that was very unpleasant. I've been eating with them since they opened up in Dothan AL. I was supposed to wait 15 minutes on my order but even after I asked was delivery available I was assured that my order was available for delivery and it took 3 hours for me to receive the order. When I called regarding the order that was at the time was expected to come in 15 minutes but also had attitude with it. The earlier experience was detailed but they never rectified the situation

Showed the lady a picture on phone she said it out loud what I wanted I get home and I get done cheesy bread so I call back up there so I could get what I paid for the man says that I ordered 3 cheese bread so he knew they were in the wrong cause I did not even have a chance to even say what I was calling about before he was telling me what I ordered which is not what I paid for but he would not even make it right so they will never get my business again.
