Hunt's Seafood Restaurant & Oyster Bar

Hunts is my go to place for an excellent Ribeye and Cheese Rolls. Service is always top notch, I have had Victor as a server many times and he is most professional as well as efficient. A+++++ I am certain that all of their food is amazing but I am a Ribeye girl. Excellent food, Excellent service always.

Best gumbo everrrrr!!

Awesome restaurant, have yet to have anything except an excellent experience! Seafood is fresh, steaks are well cooked. They offer a variety of interesting sides, and their salad bar, is a throwback that I love!
Last, but not least, the service (Kerrigan) is top-notch! This is an old-time place for locals, that makes new visitors, into repeat guests, I'll promise you!

Grouper nuggets were great. Scallops and crab claws were terrible. Very disappointed!

Our go-to place for great seafood when we are there visiting family.

family of 4. Appetizer of fried mushrooms.Two seafood platters and two shrimp platters. Two sides of gumbo ( a kick of sinus opening spices). All were excellent and absolutely delicious. Platters were full with food. No small portions. We could not finish our plates. You will be leaving with a to go box if not two boxes. Will stop by again. If you looking for worth the place to spend your money and enjoy good food. And the service was great and friendly. Give Hunt's resturant a try.

The journey was a total of about 3 hours, and the food was outstanding. However, there was one issue that I had never encountered before. The kitchen door opened, allowing me to view the interior. This was one of the most unpleasant kitchens I've ever encountered in a restaurant. I had already finished my meal, if not for that, I would have left.

Excellent food and service

Enjoyed a nice meal with family and friends. Wait time was reasonable. Atmosphere was lively, but not too noisy. Food was flavorful and well made. Service was fast and servers were very personable.

Consistently great food and the best place for fresh oysters! Don’t sleep on their chili dogs!

We tend to always love the down home atmosphere and of course, the food. If we could change anything, we would have more side options and not limit them to one "hot" and one "cold". Also, the salad bowl is just a bit too small. However, we will continue to enjoy our visits and the grouper fingers are always a favorite!

Hunts has the absolute best oysters around! And always pick Chelsea as your server if you can. She is phenomenal and very attentive. My drink is always full and she makes sure to provide the best customer service you could ask for!
