This place used to be so warm and inviting. needless to say, the new employees who I are anything but that. One in particular who I won't name never smiles and always seems to have an attitude. The tea is always good so that's why I'm giving 2 stars. They always have the seats packed up every time I'm there even if it's 2 hours before closing. Then they play music so loud you can't hear when trying to talk to someone. It used to be a cozy hangout but now it just feels like they want you out. :(

Very cute boba shop with many options. The decor is neat and adds nice character to the shop and is always clean. The boba tea is always so so good! The staff are very pleasant and attentive as well 🫶

We got a raspberry tea with bursting boba that was strawberry, flavored and jelly. it was very refreshing this afternoon while we were Christmas shopping. 🥤 First time stopping in and the recommendation was perfect. I hope to return soon.
A Dothan trip is never complete without a stop into JY Tea. I haven't tasted one that I didn't like yet!

Sandra, who took my order, was so friendly. I wanted honeydew and she informed me their comes with green apple jellies. I was a little hesitant but she assured me it was good. It was! The drink itself was a little too sweet for me so I’ll adjust it next time since there will be a next time.
