All around terrible. No one knew how to move faster with the ruch. The person making sandwiches moved slower then a teenager having to go out and mow the lawn mid summer. Waited 20 minutes and stillno food we ordered a spicy biscuit and a wrap with a hashbrown side. This was the worst jacks i have been at thus far.

Mac and cheese was cold, sprite taste like the filter wasn't clean. I had to use a coffee lid for a top, which wasn't a big issue but that machine n cheese was nasty! Do better!

I ordered a family meal with 15 fingers with five sauces, two sides and five biscuits. They had it tied up when I got there so I asked if everything was there. I was told yes, so I didn’t check. Got home and half the food I paid for was missing. No sides, no sauces, just two boats of biscuits. What was there was good though. But come on ya’ll, do better. Or at least don’t say it’s all there if you obviously don’t know.

My uncle and I stopped here for lunch yesterday (11/18/2024), and went through the drive-thru. He ordered the Big Jack Combo and said that it was just, "ok". I ordered the Crispy Chicken BLT Salad, and it was absolutely horrible, just like the service we received there. There were NO tomatoes on the salad, and only a few pieces of bacon and cheese. Also, I asked for Thousand Island Dressing, but there wasn't any dressing in my bag. When I asked the woman at the window for some Thousand Island dressing, she mumbled something and laughed. I asked her to repeat what she mumbled. She handed us two packs of dressing and claimed that they had to dig for those and didn't have any more. Please compare the pic of the salad I ordered to the pic of what I actually received. Definitely not worth the amount I paid. The staff appeared more concerned and engrossed in talking to each other than assisting customers. We definitely will NOT order from this location again.

The food was okay, we got the chicken tenders, fries, burger, chicken sandwich and pot pie. The pot pie was good and the chicken tenders were crisp and juicy. The burger was bland and the chicken sandwich was dry. The staff were kind, but there were only 2 or 3 people working. The restaurant was a wreck. All the tables were dirty. The floor was slimy which caused me to slide a couple of times. There was trash in the parking lot. I will probably not come back to this restaurant again.
Would not repurchase the "pot pie" they're small and filled to the slimmest portion. Okayish burger for a fast food run.

Just walked out about 10 minutes ago. Not one employee spoke to us. While we stood at the counter waiting for someone to take our order, the employees were walking by us and in and out from behind the counter. Even a manager didn't acknowledge us standing there....we left and went a block down the street to McDonalds...will not return to this particular Jack's location. And the lobby was filthy...garbage all over the floor.

Be sure to request fresh hash browns... 6:40 am receiving cold, cold hash browns. I'm glad I checked the order before leaving to give the meal to an elderly person.
Edited: After getting the food to the destination: the hash browns were refried, hard and greasy, a.k.a. not edible. The sandwich, I'd grade a C. The bread was barely toasted, and barely warm. This location is not it. At least not this morning crew.
Patrons/Customers, check your orders thoroughly. Truly a sad experience, because although I was both patient and respectful, the nonverbal communication spoke volumes.
Wheelchair accessibility: Only pertaining to the sidewalk and parking. The entrance/exit doors are not.
