The food was decent even though our order was incorrect. The service was horrible. We stood at the counter for 4 minutes before even being acknowledged. When she finally came yo take our order it was with disdain. She did not greet us and was down right rude. Im not surprised that our order was wrong. She was Not wearing a name tag, so I don't have her information but fully intend to fill out the survey as well. We were traveling through but we certainly dont recommend this place and won't return.

Everything was so good. It was clean and neat in there. My only critique is no mac and cheese, and also they were out of peach shakes that were advertised all over the restaurant. But great spot to try on the road. Really good food.

Our very first visit to Jacks! We're so happy we stopped to eat there. The dark haired lady at the counter was amazing. She was very friendly and made wonderful suggestions. We loved that you could see them making biscuits. We loved everything that we ordered. We generally dont do fast food because the employees and food quality has really diminished in our opinion but this place is great.

If you're looking for a quick stop while on the road, do not stop here. Stopped in heading back home to PC to use the restroom, and grab food real fast. It took 20 minutes to get my food. 5 people were behind the counter, only one was working to expedite food to in store customers. She managed to jam the drawer up, because she couldn't unroll a thing of pennies before closing the drawer. Absolute circus. Management should've hoped in to complete orders. Finally, as I was going to leave $17 in food behind - my order finally comes up, and she blames short staffing on the delay. Certainly a "bless your heart" moment all around.
Cherry on top. 20 minutes down the road, they gave us the entire wrong burger. Refunds can only be processed within 15 minutes of an order. Which is funny to me, because it took longer than that to receive ours.

Reeves Street location in Dothan has terrible customer service. I work for a large corporation who wanted to order breakfast from here one morning and the lady just said "I can't do that this morning." It wasn't even a large order. Maybe around 12 biscuits or so. A few months later I called to place a small order to pick up, thinking it might be helpful if I give them an hour notice and the lady hung up the phone on me and when I called back, nobody would pick up. I have started taking my business to Chick-fil-a. They are much more friendly. The biscuits are hot and not over cooked and no matter how many biscuits I order, they make it happen.
Clean restaurant. Just no one helped us after standing there for 10 minutes. Line of people walked out. Employees were there, just no one helping customers. How can the place stay in business like that?

Went there Wednesday evening about 6:15 pm and it was dark outside the restaurant . A man walked in behind me and after I ordered the man kept making comments to me about how unsafe it was because it was dark he said it's not safe for you to go to your car and several more comments that alarmed me. Now maybe I was just being paranoid but it made me uncomfortable to go to my car alone. The young lady that waited on me also heard him and she said he seemed kind of weird!! I asked if one of the young men behind the counter would walk outside when I left. He gladly walked me out side and to my car. That was so nice. These 2 employees went above and beyond to be sure I was safe!! Great employees of Jacks!!!
