8/26/25 around 7 at night 2 employees were talking when my dad walked into the restaurant. He had to ask them if he could place an order, he was not greeted when he walked in and they continued to have a conversation.
While he waited for his food a manager came out and told 2 teenagers that they could not wait for there ride to show up. At this point it’s dark outside and the kids do not have anywhere to go.
The manager was extremely rude. Words were exchanged but she did not care one bit. My dad went to leave, the manager was 5 feet from the door smoking!!! He made a comment about it and she said well I’m outside! He said yeah but 5 feet from the door?!?
We won’t be going back to this location!

My daughter is a student at the school next to this establishment. She has to wait for me to get off to pick her up so she usually wait for me at Jack's and either buy a meal or a drink. She was standing outside today when I picked her up flushed in her face. Apparently a male manager came in and told her (a paying customer) to leave. She bought a drink today because she has medical issues, she wasn't feeling good enough to eat. She told him she bought something and also one of the lady's behind the counter confirmed her purchase, but he stated since he didn't see it she had to buy a meal instead of just a drink or had to leave. A paying customer is a paying customer. There are no rules on what you have to buy to make you a paying customer. I need someone from corporate to reach out to me ASAP and explain this new customer service policy.

The food was decent even though our order was incorrect. The service was horrible. We stood at the counter for 4 minutes before even being acknowledged. When she finally came yo take our order it was with disdain. She did not greet us and was down right rude. Im not surprised that our order was wrong. She was Not wearing a name tag, so I don't have her information but fully intend to fill out the survey as well. We were traveling through but we certainly dont recommend this place and won't return.

Everything was so good. It was clean and neat in there. My only critique is no mac and cheese, and also they were out of peach shakes that were advertised all over the restaurant. But great spot to try on the road. Really good food.

Our very first visit to Jacks! We're so happy we stopped to eat there. The dark haired lady at the counter was amazing. She was very friendly and made wonderful suggestions. We loved that you could see them making biscuits. We loved everything that we ordered. We generally dont do fast food because the employees and food quality has really diminished in our opinion but this place is great.

If you're looking for a quick stop while on the road, do not stop here. Stopped in heading back home to PC to use the restroom, and grab food real fast. It took 20 minutes to get my food. 5 people were behind the counter, only one was working to expedite food to in store customers. She managed to jam the drawer up, because she couldn't unroll a thing of pennies before closing the drawer. Absolute circus. Management should've hoped in to complete orders. Finally, as I was going to leave $17 in food behind - my order finally comes up, and she blames short staffing on the delay. Certainly a "bless your heart" moment all around.
Cherry on top. 20 minutes down the road, they gave us the entire wrong burger. Refunds can only be processed within 15 minutes of an order. Which is funny to me, because it took longer than that to receive ours.
