The Jacks location on Reeves Street has by Far the worst customer service in the city of Dothan. No fault to the workers it was management displaying this behavior, the workers were kind and understanding. My issue was I received my order but hadn't paid all I was waiting on was my drink. I gave the cashier my total the correct change however the manager/April Lee comes and slams the window shut and counts down the drawer. I kindly said Ma'am all I need is my drink and I will be on my way, she proceeds to tell the staff not to open the window and continues to count the register!!!! Let's do better Jacks Family Restaurant totaly unacceptable!!!!!!

As you have seen from my review of the Jacks in Ashford, this particular location is miles above and should be the example to follow. The staff here are way more pleasant, more articulate and actually speak coherent ,legible sentences. I haven't seen any of the employees standing around trashing customers or yelling, they almost always get the order right, they know how to make milkshakes, and it just overall a much better experience. Ashford Jack's could use a lesson in how to run an establishment that caters to the public from this location on Reeves street/431. Congratulations to the staff and managers you definitely shine. Food is always fresh, and service is always aces.

Fast in ,fast out, good food ,friendly staff, lots and building looked clean and inviting , had a very positive interaction with the young man in drive thru very friendly ,
Worst service ever and food . Ordered a chicken biscuit that I guess they had to go kill the chicken out back and cook it cause I waited 30 mins then they give it to me on what was suppose to be a biscuit but the biscuit was more like bread crumbs and broken into tons of pieces … would have needed a knife a plate and fork to eat a fast food biscuit ..
