I was only on for a short period as I took my order to go. The food was fabulous and hot and cooked to the tea but the service was not so great. Nobody smiled as I entered, nobody greeted me with a welcome to Jack's may I take your order therefore the overall service left me wanting. I just say that usually the service is to there with the food. I guess there are new people? Whatever the problem is it needs to be corrected because without a friendly service the food taste...
Everything was so good. It was clean and neat in there. My only critique is no mac and cheese, and also they were out of peach shakes that were advertised all over the restaurant. But great spot to try on the road. Really good food.

The staff here are way more pleasant, more articulate and actually speak coherent ,legible sentences.
I haven't seen any of the employees standing around trashing customers or yelling, they almost always get the order right, they know how to make milkshakes, and it just overall a much better experience.
