Hubs ordered online. Chipotle chicken sub. There’s no chipotle mayo. Sandwich was dry.

I ordered the bacon chicken ranch, hold the tomato, extra meat. I paid $3.50 for extra meat that I didn’t get. Took my sandwich back in, she remade it, now there’s extra chicken but no bacon, lettuce or ranch. So annoying that I didn’t think I needed to check the second sandwich - SURELY they would make sure it’s correct. $10 is already a lot for a six inch sub but then I’m paying for stuff I don’t get.

This specific location sucks, I ordered three sandwiches and they got all of them wrong. I hope this location doesn’t get another customer and that they go out of business.

Don’t offer curbside if you can’t bring it out. Ridiculous having to wait over 20 minutes for my food. Cannot leave car .

Today I purchased Two Sandwiches a Chicken and Phill Foot Long. They were unusually sweet to the taste not the norm. I’m not very pleased with the two items and want a refund. I will call and request same. Ticket #01-001834-01-164351

They've got a new guy in there training, at LUNCH TIME, and still got the line down in a timely manner, as well as the online orders. Customer service from all 3 employees in there was awesome. Great attitudes and smiles the whole time! And of course, my sandwich was delicious!! Thanks yall !

I just have to praise on how above and beyond the crew at this store go for their customers. I placed an order for delivery. There was an issue with the 3rd party delivery driver and it looked like my order wouldn’t get delivered. I ended up picking up my order. Worried that on of my hot orders would be ruined with hot wilted lettuce, this crew took it upon themselves to remake it so that the hot order was fresh. I was very impressed and thankful.

Employees are great food is great! We need one in Enterprise!!

This was my first time at a Jersey Mikes and I’m proud to say this visit will make me be coming back. There were two workers who were extremely helpful and one was really helpful when ordering. I’m extremely satisfied.

This location is trash and the staff doesn't give a damn. I've had several issues with this location in the recent past but have continuously over looked them. I've had it tonight. If your store closes at 9pm DO NOT turn people away at 8:40. It was dead in there, that's plenty of time to make one sandwich. And if you are going to be that lazy to turn people away early then lock the doors. Don't just have someone standing in front of them refusing to let people in like a sandwich shop bouncer.
