Jersey Mike’s is normally my favorite sandwich place, but this location ruined it. We walked in an hour and a half before closing, and all three employees working rolled their eyes and looked at us like we did something wrong. We weren’t acknowledged until about 15 minutes after we walked in. There was 1 customer in front of me, and it took an act of God to place my order. A few people walked in after us, and one of the employees huffed and walked away. And to top it all off, after that employee wrapped my sandwich and went to put it in the bag, she dropped my sandwich on the floor then proceeded to hand it to me. Doubt I’ll be back honestly.

First time ever going to one and it was truly amazing! The staff made sure that I knew what everything was to make a good decision and it was definitely a good decision. I recommend the ‘Italian’ with savory meats and cheese. Definitely get it “Mike’s Way”! I fully recommend.Vegetarian options: They have a sandwich special for all vegetarians.

Had a funeral today placed an order for pick up. Well tried calling the store over 20 times no answer. We were traveling back from funeral and wanted to make sandwiches were correct as they have made plenty of mistakes before. Well sandwiches wrong and the lady at the store said they do not have a phone. She was very very rude. I will definitely not be eating at Jersey Mikes ever again and no one else should either

In December, we had an issue with the dasher who was to deliver our food, receiving a message that the order had been canceled. I got very frustrated as this was my family's dinner for the evening, but also was unable to contact the store to find out why it was canceled, due to the phone not working. A couple weeks later, I received a phone call from a corporate person who insisted that our next meal be on them and she would contact the store who writes this is a book. Tonight, my husband went in to use this, only to be told that no record could be found in their "book" and that the meal could not be redeemed. Apparently an email or some such should have been sent despite us being told otherwise. Maybe at another time we will order from Jersey Mike's, but won't be going back to this location.

My daughter and I went to have lunch. I am allergic to chicken, so I wanted my Philly cheese steak cooked after my daughter's order, which was chicken Philly. The associate said to me, "You should get a cold sub because we cook chicken on the grill all day. So I took that as Jersey Mike's does not care if a person has allergies. I'm done with it and never to return.

Ordered 3 sandwiches. One with jalapeños and 2 WITHOUT. Got sandwiches home, ALL had jalapeños. Tried to call but all I got was "Mailbox is full!". Last time I go there. I had $20 of sandwiches we can't eat. Also, the receipt wasn't even in the bag.

We've been here several times and they always have great food. I'm leaving a great review and went there tonight and was pleased HOWEVER my wife and I tried to go last night (12/15/23) and granted we got there maybe 20 min. to close but upon attempting to order was told by the female at the counter that they were basically out of everything and seemed apathetic and uncooperative to take an order (unwilling to prep any veggies was seemingly the problem) We are very patient understanding type people and so without issue we took our business over to BTJ WingsIdk management and ownership but losing any cooperative customers even if just for the one visit seems like poor business practice. I have worked in the food service industry and even right before close is the final push. I could see 5 min or even 10 but 15 or 20 should be fine? Again this is just an opinion I suppose ?

The manger was was banging utensils and her first comment as were standing in line to pay was “you got to be kidding me” her second comment was “is this the only place to eat around here”. No it’s not the only place to eat and the next time I want a sandwich I will not be going into that store. I would suggest getting a more pleasant manager. That is obviously not for her. I would like to point out that the other two employees were very nice.

The employee that I perceived as the manager, since she had on the button down shirt, rolled her eyes at us twice. She was very inpatient while we were ordering. We were new customers looking for a good place to eat. We were very disappointed. I wanted a hot sub, which they did not tell me until it was too late to change it, that they were on the other side of the board. There was no ice. It was 6 when we went in, the open light was off and the floors had just been mopped, so we thought they were closed. We had to ask if they were open. The dining experience was just terrible. This is the first and last time for Jersey Mike's.
