We usually love Jersey Mikes and eat there all the time in Columbus, Ga and Opelika, Al. Unfortunately at the first one we stopped at in Dothan, the lady that was attempting to take our sandwich order seemed as though we were bothering her. There wasn't any bread at 5:30 pm. If your not prepared and don't want customers then we felt it would be best to leave and took our business somewhere else.

One of my favorite places just because of the Atmosphere. Nice people who are quick. Subs are always hot and very good. Rewards/Credits here is useful and good. Would Recommend!!

Slower service ever. High price for thinnest cheese and meat I have ever seen. My cheese was shaved not sliced and I could see through it was that thin. I will stick to Jimmy Johns. Costs less for more meat and cheese.

This review is not meant as a reflection on the staff at this location. There needs to be more employees working. Since they are charging an ungodly amount for most of their sandwiches, maybe they could use that to hire more employees. One again, nice staff but over priced and too slow for me.

If there was a no star option they would get that service was terrible place was discussing and the food I ordered online wasn't even strated when I got there and the employees were standing around
The food is always great, but unfortunately, I've had many instances where my order is completely forgotten.I have a 30-minute lunch and most of the time I just want to pick up the food and go. Today was the most frustrating experience. I had 2 people in front of me. When it was my turn, I noticed the staff member wasn't writing anything on the notepad, more people started to come in and as I noticed people receiving their meals that were before me, I approached the counter and reminded the staff members about my order, and they proceeded to ask what order? My time was wasted.If you need something quick and to go, this is not your place.

I can't really give a proper rating therefore I will give 3 stars and here's why...my experience with the day shift employees has been great each and every time, they are nice and my sandwiches has always been fresh. It is totally opposite for the night shift employees. I assume they are tired which is understandable but the sandwiches is awful. It's like eating a sub between saltines...the bread is so hard. It's nothing like paying $10+ for your food and it's disappointing. I'm not going to stop going. I just will not go at night.
