Just stood in front of the employees making a catering order while being the only in store customer for 10 minutes just to be told they won’t put my sub on the grill… I have spent hundreds of dollars at Jersey Mike’s getting the exact same order. Terrible customer service here.

We usually love Jersey Mikes and eat there all the time in Columbus, Ga and Opelika, Al. Unfortunately at the first one we stopped at in Dothan, the lady that was attempting to take our sandwich order seemed as though we were bothering her. There wasn't any bread at 5:30 pm. If your not prepared and don't want customers then we felt it would be best to leave and took our business somewhere else.
One of my favorite places just because of the Atmosphere. Nice people who are quick. Subs are always hot and very good. Rewards/Credits here is useful and good. Would Recommend!!
