Ditto to a previous review. I asked for no mayonnaise and no tomato. I received both. I asked for avocado spread and didn’t get it. Why even take orders if you’re just going to do what you want? Way too expensive to just take whatever you get. Waste of money.

The sandwiches I got last night were anything but that. It was only a couple pieces of meat per sandwich with quarter sized tomatoes and the lettuce drowned in mayonnaise. I deserve a refund. PITIFUL. I won't be back. It's Jersey Mike's or Firehouse for me from now on.

I have been a Jimmy johns customer for a long time and always enjoy the delicious food and great service. But.. the last THREE times I have placed a curbside pickup order my side has been missing. I have had to go inside and get it. Disappointing to see this happen repeatedly at usually well run establishment.

They had wonderful customer service and it was extremely clean. Everyone seemed to be working really hard and the atmosphere was great.
I placed an order online. Sometimes I tip, sometimes I don't. This particular time, I did not. I get a call around the time my food was supposed to be delivered. For reference, my job is 2.5 miles away from JJ's. The caller stated that it was the owner of Jimmy John's and was about to turn in. He then asked me if I wanted to leave a tip for the drivers. He stated that he usually asks this if he doesn't deliver directly to the person and leaves it in an area like I instructed. There has been a few times where I have not tipped. Majority of the time I do. However, I have never received a phone call when I didn't tip asking me to. What was I supposed to say? I felt coerced into tipping. This person could or could not have been the owner for all I know and has my food in his possession still. Weird business tactic. Super disappointing. No more delivery for me. The only positive is that the food was good as it always is.

Update: Absolutely the last time I have ever eaten at a Jimmy John's. Alabama location is disgusting. I have never been that sick in my life!
