Order in the app! I ordered at register and they still got it wrong. I said no avacado and got avacado. Hardly any napkins. When I asked for more napkins. Got two. Why are they so cheap with napkins
I have been a Jimmy johns customer for a long time and always enjoy the delicious food and great service. But.. the last THREE times I have placed a curbside pickup order my side has been missing. I have had to go inside and get it. Disappointing to see this happen repeatedly at usually well run establishment.
I had a tuna sub delivered to my office. I ran home on my lunch break and decided to eat my sandwich there. There was a long, light brownish hair in the first bite. I called and explained the situation. The guy who answered was super apologetic and said they’d send another sandwich out. The next sandwich was perfect! Thank you so much for fixing the probably quickly and easily. It saved me a lot of hassle on my lunch break
