“**Great Food, But Be Prepared for a Lively Atmosphere**

My girlfriend and I decided to try Sugar Shack for the first time this past Saturday evening around 6:30 PM. Upon arrival, we noticed the parking lot was completely full, with overflow into the neighboring restaurant’s lot. Fortunately, we were able to find parking and headed inside to dine.

The place was packed, likely due to two birthday parties happening at the same time, making it quite loud and filled to capacity. Between the noise from the celebrations and the music, which was at a nightclub volume, it was challenging to have a conversation.

Despite the noise, the food was fantastic. I ordered the Shack Burger with fries and a side of fried shrimp, and everything was delicious! The shack sauce, in particular, is a standout.

While we loved the food, the noise level made it hard to fully enjoy the experience. Next time, we'll likely opt for takeout to enjoy the food in a more relaxed setting.“

“I went to this location around 7 tonight and I had a great experience.For starters ordering is always easy, I prefer to use the online app to review the menu before I go in just to help me get an idea.I ordered the açai cocoa haze and angels food smoothie. Both were great it was my first time trying a smoothie king açai bowl and it was delicious. The angels food was great too. With it being smoothie king though I didn't expect anything less because in my opinion they have very high standards for quality.What really set this visit apart though was the truly amazing staff. All the staff was friendly and helpful. But the three ladies working all worked together well and had wonderful attitudes. They looked like they were having a great time at work and one of them was singing while working. It's very nice and refreshing to see this positive and upbeat attitude.Also one last thing, the lighting in this store is.... different, I'm not sure how to explain it, but it really adds to the vibe of this place. It's an odd shade of a dim yellow? I'm not sure but I really enjoyed the entire vibe of this place.

Wheelchair accessibility: No accessible parking reserved. No ramp to sidewalk. I would not recommend for mobility challenged.“
