My wife and I went to KBC for the first time today and it was good. My wife got the brisket sandwich and I got the burnt ends sandwich. The staff were very friendly and the service was great. We recommend KNC to everyone!

The best food in Dothan and Lexi is the best server. She took care of a party in 11 with ease and grace. Kept our drinks full and had a great smile.

Food was excellent. We had the steak frites, pork chop, mahi, and seafood longing. No complaints about anything.
Service was attentive but not overbearing.
It did get a bit loud & echo-y as the tables filled up.

I recently visited this establishment & ordered the Cocky with fries. The Cocky came out hot, but the fries were cold. I informed my waitress(Alexa) of this, and she took the fries away as she acted as if she was going to get the matter resolved only to bring me back out fries that were tough. I asked her if the previous fries had been added back to the fryer due to the presentation of them as well as the texture, and to my surprise; she confirmed that they had been. Eric (my favorite waiter) would have NEVER allowed that to be served to a customer sitting in his area, but he was off. When you're as attentive as he is, you deserves a day off. :-) Due to my dissatisfaction, I asked for the manager, (Bianca), and she was quick to resolve the issue by remaking my meal. She stated that the kitchen staff had been briefed on the disgusting act. I expressed that not only was the poor quality of food (refried fries), but unsanitary as well as I am sure that is DEFINITELY A HEALTH VIOLATION!!!
The low score of the service is based solely on my waitress (Alexa), and the kitchen staff.
I will probably dine at this establishment again, but only if Eric is working as well as Bianca, but I believe that I'd never have to see Bianca because Eric will ensure that all is well before approaching my table to deliver my food. That is huge to me!
