If I drive over there and I get there at 9:40945, even 950 y’all should not tell me that y’all have the machines broken down and y’all cannot take my order. It has already been a long night and I came from Slocum. I was on my way home, and I stopped to get me and my boyfriend some food. Y’all don’t close till 10 o’clock. I have been a manager in restaurant business. You don’t break the machines down Specially 20 minutes till. That’s not how that works. And then one of the cashiers drive-through cashiers had her child there. What happens if the child gets hurt? I’m not very happy with my experience.

The problem wasn't inside but the parking lot. The road in and the parking lot has multiple holes deep enough to make cars bottom out. This needs to repaired. The food was good the service was outstanding. But the parking lot is going to get kfc in court for car repairs.

Felt like I was in a war zone, food was delicious but waited a couple minutes shortly of a whole hour. 56 minutes because the drive through girl kept pulling chicken from our order to keep the drive through moving.

Went there last night to order 2 famous bowls. Got there at 9:40 and they close at 10. Some black guy told me they were closed. I was like yall don’t close for another 20 minutes. He then proceeded to “ask a coworker if they had any left” like I wanted an old famous bowl and then came back and told me that they’re all thrown out.. they wouldn’t make it fresh.. This is absolutely ridiculous.

After I ordered and paid I was told that they were out of the tenders and it would be another 7 minutes or she could substitute the bone in chicken. Was not very happy 😁😁😁

This location was fairly clean. The parking lot is a bit rough. I had chicken tenders. They were overcooked and dry. My wife had the same. Hers were better. The French fries had an aftertaste I didn't care for. Perhaps just old oil or overcooked. I'm going to try another location next time.
