Parking lot is almost undrivable, food did not taste right and was missing items

Paid 30$ for 2 meals and a pot pie. They messed it all up 1 box didn’t even have all the chicken in it. The pot pie had NO filling. Posting pic with review. I even waited for this disaster because it wasn’t ready. I have called several times they will not answer the phone.

Never again! I've been going to this place for years hoping they would get it together but obviously the owners don't care. The biscuits were hard as rock literally I could not even bite into them must have been sitting there for days. DO NOT GO HERE I WARNED YOU.

This restaurant would be the spawning ground for patient 0 in a zombie apocalypse. If I had to choose between eating food from this KFC, and eating an out of date pack of Ramen noodles raw... I would choose the crunchy noodles.

To start when I got to the restaurant my drive-through cashier with stuffing their face and had to make me wait to take my order then after waiting for 40 minutes I had three items left out of my $70 order when I returned to the store they said they no longer had any of that item that's why it wasn't in the bag the 16 biscuits I ordered were raw

no one greets you, my order was wrong missing multiple items, and it just wasn't that clean in the back from what I could see. not to mention the parking lot is all the way messed up. had to go back to get the items that were missing. waited well over 30 minutes before the lady even acknowledged me. then they started lying telling people they were out of chicken.

No complaints on food or service. The place is getting run down. Parking lot is full of holes...big holes. Windows were excessively dirty, very streaked, white streaks. Couldn't figure out what caused the white streaks running down the front windows.
Extremely slow. Good food here, but slow. Parking lot is a disaster. Horrible potholes everywhere. Even trying to pull in it is difficult due to the potholes. Franchise owner is a complete failure to keep up the driveways and parking lot. As a result I won't be back.

I waited at the drive thru over two minutes. No one did not say nothing over the intercom. I drove to the window because they have a history of the intercom speaker not working. The lady said they don't do orders at the window. She lying they do. She was being very sarcastic. She said I will have to drive back around and wait or come in. At least come on the speaker and say van you hold for a minute. No one said n I thing. They act like they don't care. So I left and went to popeyes. Bad customer service, fix the parking lot pot holes everywhere, and close down this location

We asked for regular fries and was told there was none. Well went went to refill our drink and there was a whole bag sitting on the counter
