Extremely slow. Good food here, but slow. Parking lot is a disaster. Horrible potholes everywhere. Even trying to pull in it is difficult due to the potholes. Franchise owner is a complete failure to keep up the driveways and parking lot. As a result I won't be back.

I waited at the drive thru over two minutes. No one did not say nothing over the intercom. I drove to the window because they have a history of the intercom speaker not working. The lady said they don't do orders at the window. She lying they do. She was being very sarcastic. She said I will have to drive back around and wait or come in. At least come on the speaker and say van you hold for a minute. No one said n I thing. They act like they don't care. So I left and went to popeyes. Bad customer service, fix the parking lot pot holes everywhere, and close down this location

This poor location...they need to redo the entire parking lot pot holes everywhere gon need an entire alignment fooling around with that. Got to the speaker order was taken, paid for & i was pulled up...waited over 45 min before walking to the drive thru window asking ETA that poor young man was trying this best to take care of people with seems like little to no help..it was awful food supposedly had to cook my chicken...got home to find out none of it was edible basically waste of money

If I drive over there and I get there at 9:40945, even 950 y’all should not tell me that y’all have the machines broken down and y’all cannot take my order. It has already been a long night and I came from Slocum. I was on my way home, and I stopped to get me and my boyfriend some food. Y’all don’t close till 10 o’clock. I have been a manager in restaurant business. You don’t break the machines down Specially 20 minutes till. That’s not how that works. And then one of the cashiers drive-through cashiers had her child there. What happens if the child gets hurt? I’m not very happy with my experience.

I got there the speaker 🔊 was broken so it says pull up to window I asked for the $7 2 piece chicken 🍗 meal original recipe and mashed potatoes and coleslaw got it and left took a bite of the chicken 🍗 and my mouth was burning 🥵 they gave me spicy 🔥 chicken I got sick I can't eat spicy food and threw the whole meal away could not eat. Will never go back to that Kentucky fried chicken 🍗 again parking lot full of pot holes it will tear your car 🚗 up.
