The problem wasn't inside but the parking lot. The road in and the parking lot has multiple holes deep enough to make cars bottom out. This needs to repaired. The food was good the service was outstanding. But the parking lot is going to get kfc in court for car repairs.

Went there last night to order 2 famous bowls. Got there at 9:40 and they close at 10. Some black guy told me they were closed. I was like yall don’t close for another 20 minutes. He then proceeded to “ask a coworker if they had any left” like I wanted an old famous bowl and then came back and told me that they’re all thrown out.. they wouldn’t make it fresh.. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Chicken nuggets were very hard , fries over cooked , had very few fries , fries were old ,hard, etc. Young lady running drive through was pleasant friendly, ordered a combo also did receive a cup ,

This location was fairly clean. The parking lot is a bit rough. I had chicken tenders. They were overcooked and dry. My wife had the same. Hers were better. The French fries had an aftertaste I didn't care for. Perhaps just old oil or overcooked. I'm going to try another location next time.

Worst kfc ever. Need to close this location. Ordered on line order it was confirmed to be Reay by 430, it was not, when they finally acknowledged me, they gave the chicken to everyone in front of me, none left. How can kfc run out of chicken at the busiest time... I had somewhere to be by 530 which is why i requested it be ready at 430... They couldn't give me refund, have to try and do it online......
