The food was good and fresh but the 5 star review is really about the service. Rachel was so nice. She was greeting everyone and even came out and talked to my 5 year old! Awesome visit all the way around!

Lousy the sign read $7.99 for 8 piece chicken only when we got to the window it was $20.70 I asked how did it get this price. The little girl said that's on Tuesday ($7.99) i said i didn't see that on the sign.

I can’t say I had the best experience, but it wasn’t a bad one either. No extra crispy chicken and flat, monotone attitudes. Also, did KFC changed their biscuit recipe? Because the ones we had were not the KFC biscuits I am use to. They were not great, misshapen and odd color. I will say, the mash potatoes with gravy were on point!!

Ordered online waited an hour to receive the food Gave my order away at the drive thru And said they didn’t know how to work the oven to make biscuits. Garbage!

Waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes, when I finally got to the window I was told there was a 20 minute wait because they had to cook some more chicken. No matter when you go to this KFC, you have to pull over to the side and wait 20+ minutes for chicken.
