Waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes, when I finally got to the window I was told there was a 20 minute wait because they had to cook some more chicken. No matter when you go to this KFC, you have to pull over to the side and wait 20+ minutes for chicken.

Pick up order at 5pm. No food ready. Just 4 employees laughing and doing nothing. Out of saucy nuggets ridiculous never again
Cant rate the food when they refuse to give it to you. Place an online order and when I get there they wouldn't give it to us because they said they didn't have a cook. They said they couldn't give us a refund so we had to call the main kfc number and are waiting on a refund. We ordered something else and when I walked inside she gave the order to the first person at the counter, didn't ask if it was his order or anything. They refused to remake it or reimburse us in any way. Said that it's not their problem and they're not giving away free food. Manager name Dana. Never coming here again. The food is way too expensive to be dealing with this. I don't know what I'm supposed to deal with this.

Ordered the $20, 6-piece meal. Had 3 breasts, 2 legs, and 1 wing. Chicken was overcooked (too brown), over salted, corn tasted like field corn, and no biscuits. Very disappointed and will not return.

Ordered last night an online Togo order half my food was missing and what I did get was nowhere near KFC quality I have gotten in the past.my ORDERS 8 piece chicken bucket 8 piece chicken tenders NOT IN BAG French fries seemed reheated and old Mashed potatoes A NO GRAVEY bowl HALF full Cole slaw was ok probably because they didn't have to make it 4 BISCUITS COULDN'T EAT DON'T KNOW WHEN THEY WHERE MADE NO HONEY Ordered plates and silverware online not received Tried to give the cat a piece of the chicken she smelled it and walked away if an animal wouldn't eat it do you think it safe to eat she always gets a tender or piece of chicken and waits with excitement when she sees the bag enter the house. SAUCES WELL LETS PUT IT THIS WAY I WON'T NEED KETCHUP FOR A MONTH GOT MY ONE LITTLE PACK OF HONEY MUSTARD TO BAD MY KIDS DIDNT GET THERE CHICKEN TENDERS. SO I HAD TO COOK THEM DINNER AFTER PAYING ALL THAT MONEY SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO COOK. HAD FRIEND PICK UP AND WHEN HE WAS TRYING TO CHECK ORDER IN RESTAURANT HE WAS RUSHED OUT OF STORE DOOR LOCKED SO HE COULDN'T GET ORDER FIXED..I TRIED CALLING NO ANSWER.
