Found bugs in my drink when I went in there for a refund there was no apology of any kind they just sent the refund and left I will be calling the health department tomorrow

Drive thru. Paid $38 + for 12 PC bucket. Was told sides weren't included with the chicken. Gravy was tipped over in the bag. Some of the chicken was extra greasy. Seemed like cold chicken put back in grease to heat it up. Bad experience!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS KFC!A very large order was placed 2 days prior to pick up and it was also confirmed 1 day prior to pick up to make sure it was all still ok, when it was time to pick the order up, they said "cook isn't here", mind you this was after they were already open.Also, Doors were not open at restuarant opening time on sign & the rude staff working (2 females) could care less! Again, don't support a business that treats customers like this!

If I could only give 0 stars. Food wasn't fresh, chicken okay, biscuits hard as a rock, I've never had dry coleslaw before... definitely learned today. And I got unsweetened tea when I ask for Pepsi. We can do without this location tbh.

Can't rate the food cause no one would take my order. After waiting inside for 10 minutes we decided to leave. If I could leave a negative review, I would. It's your loss. Two employees that don't want to be there. Never again!!!
Customer service the last two times has not been the greatest As you’re talking and asking questions, they walk away. Also, the hours of operation are not accurate according to their website.

The ? chicken leg was small and I had two of them. A small biscuit and had mashed potatoes and gravy. Total cost over $18.00 dollars. Over Priced!! ?. And BTW it's not the KFC I remember!! When was good!!
