Seems like every time I go here, they leave something out of my order.
Update: tried again today. Placed online order and was told when we got there that they didn't have anything but chicken. No sides or anything. Told I had to ask for a refund through a phone number. One person in my family won't even eat bone in chicken. This location is horrible. I won't be going back. They are too expensive to have so many problems getting what you order.

I didn't rate the atmosphere, because we use the drive-thru. The service was excellent. The woman who waited on us, couldn't have been more polite or helpful. She was cheerful, and conversational without being too conversational. The side foods were really good. The chicken seem to be overly greasy however, and my chicken thigh had lots of bruising, and was particularly tough. But the others in my party, did not have this issue. However, I used to raise chickens, and sometimes there's a lot of pecking going on. So, I'm not too surprised to find a single piece of chicken with bruising. I do however wish they could find a way, to curb the amount of grease left on the chicken. Otherwise, it was very tasty as usual.

My friend wanted KFC so we went to the drive thru and were waited on by a delightful young man named Watson... he was careful to get our orders correct and patient with 2 old ladies. You need to keep him, he's good for business.

This place needs to be shut down immediately! Upon my arrival I seen 5-6 employees out back smoking. I went inside the establishment still no employees to be found! After waiting five minutes the employees came back into the building. I requested The number to corporate and to speak with a manager. No manager was present!
The place was dirty, I will call the health department tomorrow.
Please stop eating at this location!

Very good food , one of my favorite chicken places, very fresh food, biscuits are soft to the touch , chicken crispy skin tender, juicy meat ,mash potatoes with brown gravy yum yum ,the young lady who took care of me made me feel very comfortable , she was very respectful. Caring like she really enjoyed her job , her name is Lawanda Ward. Go see her, and u will love the place, the food, etc. The restaurant was clean and organized, placed smelt wonderful,
Don’t do it!! Save your tastebuds, time, & money by driving two seconds up the street to Popeyes! I went here today and first things first the speaker is out in the drive thru. You must drive up to the window to order plus wait for food. All I wanted was two drumsticks and a fry. Ended up being asked to pull to the front of the store for food. I waited out front 30 minutes before I came to the conclusion they forgot about me so I went in to see what was taking so long. The staff stated they were waiting for grease to warm for fries to be cooked. I waited 20 more minutes and still no fries. I then asked for another side. Which was given to me and I exit the restaurant. Only to get to the house and realize that my chicken is old old and cold. I didn’t go back and won’t ever be going back. Do what I said way at the beginning of this review please save yourselves!!!

I could probably rate their food higher if I ever got a chance to actually try it. In the last three visits, they have been 1) Out of White meat chicken. 2) Closed because they needed to clean the restaurant during lunch hour so the just closed 3) The kitchen was out of order. This is by far the worst run KFC I have ever seen. Its like they are making it up as they go. As a result I no longer trust the safety and quality of the food at this location.

This is a KFC / Taco Bell. The last three times we tried to order there we were unable to. First time they were out of beans. Second time they were out of "bread" tortillas. The third time they were not serving Taco Bell, only KFC. That will be our last time there. Employees are rude and poor management.
