Service was good and friendly, prices are way up and quality wasn't as good as I have had previously. I was shocked when my three chick sliders were almost $12.

They refused to make some fresh with no onions. Got an allergy that will kill. And they totally refuse. We ordered 24 cheese Krystals and 6 chicks had to order more chicks just so someone in our party could have something without onions. The manager coped an attitude and refused. And they wonder why there business is so. Seems nobody wants to do there job.

This place has really came far from where it used to be to be. The facilities are clean. The staff is so friendly and the food was fresh!!!
The counter employee also ran the drive up window. Was not in a good mood or very friendly. But, we only came for the slider burgers so we were pleased with all food was just right. Hope she is blessed with better days.

Immature staff working there they spent more time in the back playing around and talking than focusing on my order I waited over 20 minutes and left without my customers order because I had another pickup. All I can say is with construction going on and severely limiting access to this restaurant they could be the 3rd restaurant to close in 8 months if they don't straighten up I know I won't be going back. ?

September 18th 2024 at 5:08am! I was at crystal's. Had the worst experience. It's not my fault that you have to work at crystals. I'm one of the sweetest people in Dothan, Alabama. But the way I was treated at crystals "Being the only person there in the drive through" was ridiculous. Maybe y'all should just shut down or think about hiring new people because I won't be back!!! I gave a 0 on everything because it deserved it. And it usually doesn't, but let's make this clear. This was 100% about the service.
