I ain't had Krystal in a coupla years. Something is different. Can't quite put a finger on it. The mustard was about the only flavor. Wasn't terrible. Just wasn't the taste I was panning on. The staff was super friendly, but genuine, not fake friendly. Roll Tide

I say this much for crystals at Deborah sure ain't good as a White Castle it's okay at best the one in Troy sucks the one in Dothan sucks I bet better food a heck of a lot better food the one in Troy Alabama is really nasty can you turn it down and build a new one or do they need to close the damn thing the wash machine has been tore up for a minute for a long minute now the Krystal hamburgers are soggy they are not very good and I will never go back again there thank you have a blessed day

Gave them a try on 23 Sep at 1230. One lady in front of us and no one in drive thru. Cashier told us “this lady done ordered 24 burgers, I ain’t taking any more orders for at least 30 minutes”. Not sure if this is a time management issue or understaffed but 24 isn’t an abnormal amount that will close down a restaurant. So we ended up leaving and going to McDonald’s.
