Wow! Had an order anyone would have had issues with. Went back to discuss and the guy behind the counter acted like there was nothing wrong. I would have just eaten the 3 half cups and never gone back to this location, but it looked like an entire cup of grease was poured over it. 🤢

This should be ZERO stars!!! The young man working behind the counter is so rude needs to be fired. Save yourself the headache and go to another location. This is my 2nd time and I shouldve never came back! I would post the name but its under the name Tracy W smh

Don't stop at this location unless you like your pizza crust raw. I always order ahead because they don't cook there crust long enough and they. So I called tonight and asked them to cook my pizza a little long and they said no problem. I get there and it wasn't done. The cashier was rude and said there's nothing he can do about it and I said the other location has no problem cooking it a little longer for me he then says we'll go to that location then. Just plain rude. I will not be going back to this location anymore. I will drive an extra 15 mins from my house to get pizza from now on.

Employees are slow, general manager is slow. Entire place is horrible. They tried working me past my shift cause some dishes, didn't give me over time so I left, they "fired" me cause of it. Employees take long breaks outside in the back to smoke or vape, jokes are constantly passed around about customers and some of the people are faker than a triple A game promising that it won't be pay to win. Please don't go here. It depends on who's working that day but it will take half an hour to get your food due to how lazy the customers are. Me, my buddy and two other guys were the only good workers...oh and forgot one guy too, I just like him he's cool that's because he actually let me clock our when I was supposed to. Anyways my buddy quit cause he was tired of people slacking off, I left cause when it was my time to leave and got "fired" for it, my buddy got removed from the group chat....I don't know why maybe it's because he knew me I don't know. But the place is horrible, please just don't go here.

Worst experience ever. Placed an order with the app. Ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza and some wings. Said it would be ready between 522-528. Received notification at 521 my order was ready. Got to the drive-thru window about 525, took a while for someone to come to the window. Tell the guy my name and he goes and look for my order. Come back to tell me that it's not there and they have to make it again. Said it would be 7 minutes. I said really how does this happens. He laughed and said sometimes it just does. Told him this happened about 2 weeks ago to my order some how was bumped from the screen.,. He made seem like it wasn't a big deal and just kept laughing. He said I can give you a soda or something. He told me to park and he would bring it out to me. So I parked . I waited about 10 minutes , then I see another work a girl come to the door and point out my car. Then the 2 guys in there were basically fighting on who was bring it out to me. I finally got tired of watching them argue about it. I went and got my pizza and wings, nothing else. Went to the car and my boyfriend check the pizza and it was a thin crust with ham and cheese. Not what I ordered. He went back in and said this wasn't what we ordered. So the guy refunded the order and we still took the pizza. As my boyfriend was walking out the 3 employee were talking crap to him and flipping him off. All we wanted was what we paid for. Tried to over look the first time it was bumped or when it said it would be ready by this time but it's wasn't. We will not be going back there. The staff needs to either retrained or fired. I doubt we are the only customer this has happened too. I normally don't leave bad reviews but after the way we were treat, I felt like I had too. We order once a week from there. It was on the way home. I will go out of my way to get my pizza from someone else. If I could leave no stars I would. Edit: called to speak a manager of course they were not there. So I spoke with who answered the phone, she asked what happened. I explained to her what happened last night . She said can't go by the app. I said ok but the teenager that were working last need to be retrained or something. She seem like she really didn't care about what I was saying. I told her that to and she said I was yelling at her. I said no I'm not. My coworker was next to me when I hung up and said you never raised your voice. Will never go back. She also said all the reviews are fake and all they would do is refund my money. I would like twice before you order from this location.
