Abosolute. Disgrace to this town when it comes to hospitality their customer service is awful really hope I don’t get another phone call from their manager threatening to call the cops on me because I wanted to hold them accountable for their actions

Out of all the Little Caesars I've been to, this one is top tier. They have amazing customer service, their pizza is better than anywhere else especially the alfredo pizza. And the prices are way less than other pizza places. So if you want great pizza for less, come to Little Caesars.
Second time we have been here and both times we've had to pull to a parking spot for 35-45 minutes only to be told our $16 dollar order isn't ready. I understand kids run this place but a level headed adult not just someone 18 should really be in charge. Lady in camo looks so unprofessional. The young lady at the window was sweet and was trying to please everyone as multiple 0eople were coming through the drive thru or dine in complaining something was wrong with their order. Ex. Burnt wings. Do better.

Per corporate policy they don’t issue store credit or refund spent $70 for burnt pizza and cheese sticks…. I can understand the policy but after talking with several people this location is best to be avoided because they can’t get an order done properly and almost always burnt.
The food is good IF it's made right..at least 3 time in the last 2 months I ordered pizza and the order was wrong ....the employees need to put in a little effort and it will go a long way

My boyfriend and I went into this Little Caesars location today and the service was so bad we left without placing an order. There were three different employees that looked at us as we waited to place an order and not one acknowledged us. We waited 5 minutes until the front of house employee looked at us for a second time and did not speak. A simple “welcome, we’ll be with you in a moment” would have kept us waiting but that’s not the case so we took our $50 dollars next door to dollar general and bought food there. I love Little Caesars so this was very disappointing. We order at least 3-4 times a month.

Everytime we go there the blonde girl rings us up wrong or doesn’t give us what we pay for, she has a poor attitude! Please look into that. She’s the one who sits on the counter top hitting her vape. Extremely unprofessional disrespectful disgusting to be sitting on the counter where you serve customers their food. Bad look for the place. Also the wings were old cold and dry and the crazy bread had no butter or Parmesan. Find someone who wants to work to fill her position. Also appears that the manager on duty allows these things to happen. Fire them and you might make it back up to 4 start pizza joint.
