Per corporate policy they don’t issue store credit or refund spent $70 for burnt pizza and cheese sticks…. I can understand the policy but after talking with several people this location is best to be avoided because they can’t get an order done properly and almost always burnt.

The food is good IF it's made right..at least 3 time in the last 2 months I ordered pizza and the order was wrong ....the employees need to put in a little effort and it will go a long way

My boyfriend and I went into this Little Caesars location today and the service was so bad we left without placing an order. There were three different employees that looked at us as we waited to place an order and not one acknowledged us. We waited 5 minutes until the front of house employee looked at us for a second time and did not speak. A simple “welcome, we’ll be with you in a moment” would have kept us waiting but that’s not the case so we took our $50 dollars next door to dollar general and bought food there. I love Little Caesars so this was very disappointing. We order at least 3-4 times a month.

Everytime we go there the blonde girl rings us up wrong or doesn’t give us what we pay for, she has a poor attitude! Please look into that. She’s the one who sits on the counter top hitting her vape. Extremely unprofessional disrespectful disgusting to be sitting on the counter where you serve customers their food. Bad look for the place. Also the wings were old cold and dry and the crazy bread had no butter or Parmesan. Find someone who wants to work to fill her position. Also appears that the manager on duty allows these things to happen. Fire them and you might make it back up to 4 start pizza joint.

Went through drive thru at 7:52 was told it would be a 15 minute wait, was told to park and someone would bring it out. Meanwhile we watch people go in and out get thier pizzas people in drive thru getting theirs there was about 10 other costumers receiving their orders after 20 mins we went in and requested our food and was told I'm sorry we were busy cool we understand that but to continue to make costumers wait who have already paid and to not bring it out to us as we were told is ridiculous maybe have enough crew members to manage the busy days

Ordered take out. Pizza was pretty good. Would order agin. The drive through is nice. It was raining and the parking lot was full.
