I went to the little Caesarās on west gate last Wednesday 01/14/26 around 8pm my food was wrong so I asked for a manager some girl came up sad she was a manager I told her what was wrong and she laughed and said u get what u pay for and said damn . What kind of manager cusses and laughs at a customer. Iāve been a customer a long time Iām 65 years old and I donāt think thatās business like

Came in at 7:50 to order a pizza and some wings before going home and was told that itād be ready in 15 minutes which was fine. Only for me to wait 40 minutes and in which I finally go back in to check and see what was taking so long. Just to find all the kids on shift are playing laughing and on their phones in the front and back of the store, then they all ran around the counter to the back once they saw me coming. One of them finally comes around and says itās only going to be another minute or two. I say ok thatās fine waited another 20 minutes after watching them watch me watch the play and scream in the back and finally I get one of the girls attention that was walking back in from break and she got the guy with the dreads to come back up to the front like I asked her to. Then heās going to say oh my fault I forgot and he goes to the back to grab my pizza and wings thatās been sitting on the rack the whole time ready. Please get some better help in your stores and stop scheduling all these kids at one time that has no professionalism or consideration for others time especially after a long day of work or at least schedule one REAL adult to work with them and supervise.

I went today and got 2 pizzas got home and opened the boxes and remember there quote is hot and ready. They need to change it to old and ready. The worst pizza ever. The crust was so hard I swear the pizza had to be sitting there for hours.
About two months ago stopped by and ordered a cheese pizza. They took one already made out and I bought it. Yay!!! I just moved very close to this location. We get home and pizza was cold and cheese was hard and the crust was so hard it could break teeth. Hopefully they are pulling it together over there. The place on south side is always good.

Redoing my review, majority of the employees are teenagers and have good customers service to be teenagers. From 3 yrs ago til now they have majorly improved and are doing so much better. The managers are amazing (sad to see Trey leave) but other managers are great as well.

Little Caesars cheese pizza is my favorite, and my dog's favorite Service however sucks. Went to pick up a delivery order and we told her the name and she said zero words and just handed the box. Now I'm fine with no words being spoken, you could be deaf or sick and I'd rather you not use words if you're sick to reduce droplets in the air. But still be cordial . Especially if you work around peopleš get happy or get out. Just save yourself the gas and go to any other one but this one . Spend your money at another one. They are unprofessional and rude!
