The sprite is very flat like they haven’t cleaned their machine in some time. All utensils including plates and cups had old food stuck to it and were grimey with oil attached to them. The food was subpar, I had Flo filet with Mac and cheese and broccoli. The food is extremely salty.

The service was not good had to wait a long time to get food or anything to drink. Waitress had really long hair and kept slinging her hair around hitting me with it. Steak was not done they way I ordered it and the women's bathroom was running over and when we walked out in the parking lot you could smell the sewage.

Could not rate restaurant due to I got online to join the waitlist but you can’t add no more than 4 people. It states to call if it more than 4 people. I called the restaurant only for Makayla to say she could not help with my party of 12. I said it states online to call if more than 4 people she said “well hold on let me get my manager and hangs up phone” She rude and very unprofessional. This is not my first time at this restaurant bc it happens to be one of my favorite restaurants. I have celebrated two birthdays at this restaurant and have dined in many many times. This is the first time I have ever had this type of experience. My daughter was looking forward In celebrating her birthday today at longhorn, That will not be happening thanks to Makayla!!!!

The ribeye I had last night at Longhorn's was the best steak I have had in over ten years. I have't been to Longhorn's in over twenty years. That Longhorn's ribeye ranks in my memory with the mouthwatering New York strip I had in 2010 at the Ocean Club in Destin, and the ribeyes Al Jones and I bought at a butcher shop near Macon, Georgia which David Sconyers then grilled at his home for a fantastic dinner. That's how good the Longhorn's ribeye was last night. My server was Alan. -Fred

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a 8 ounce sirloin, mash, and broccoli with a bowl of potato soup to-go on the app. Pickup scheduled at 6pm. At 6:20 am overworked young lady came out to let me know they were out of soup and it would take 6 days to refund the soup. I asked her to sub a baked potato. She came back out with my order a few mins later. I got home to find I was given four pieces of broccoli, my $4 sweet tea was literally a coffee cup of tea. My medium well sirloin is actually a medium rare filet. 0/5 will not be back.

We love Longhorns Steakhouse! We've been to them all around the country and have never had a bad meal!! This one in Dothan has long lines from 6pm on, but believe me, it's worth the wait!!
Wonderful service. Our food was excelent. I had ribs, the meat was tender and fell off the both. With a salad and Brussel sprouts. Which was also excellent. My husband had steak, shrimp, rice, backed potato..Also cooked at a perfection. My daughter had the kids steak with Brussel sprouts she has medical issue with her stomach and was turning 21 and they aloud her to eat from the kid menu and was just enough portion for her. Bathroom was clean, parking lot was clean, hedicap needs and excelent, music playing in back ground was family friendly, and the server was top notch at making sure our drinks was filled and we had everything we needed. All around i give 5 stars.

We were second table set after opening. We got a kids steak meal. I ordered it medium. It was so tough my son couldn’t eat it. The fries were great. For the price I can’t say I will be back anytime soon.
