So we got to the restaurant with 4 people 2 of us black and 2 of us Hispanic cool they ask us to wait 15mins that was fine 25mins later 4 people came in all Caucasian they wait 5 mins now someone behind the curtain like the wizard of Oz tells them to come on to be seated and we are still waiting to be seated. Ethnicity and race shouldn't be a problem we make our money the same way and it's the same color as the white man/woman dollar

I love longhorn's food. But, the service isn't good everywhere. I waited in the parking lot for 50 minutes for a salad, sweet potatoe and 8 chicken wings. 4 other customers came and left after me. When I called to asked about my food, they forgot me. The food was cold when they brought it out. I was late for work. Longhorn, Dothan, Al. Your service suck!

Wife had 6 oz sirloin and baked potato, I had sirloin salad and French onion soup( could have used a little less cheese and croutons and little more broth) , others had salmon and potato( was cooked perfect ) and the 6oz filet which was cooked just right. Waitress was great without being annoying. Enjoyed our lunch.

It wasn’t good. I came just to get a carryout, and was greeted cheerfully. I asked how much it was to add a lobster tail, and was told it was $14 OK bet. I received my food pretty promptly, and the ribeye was pretty much inedible. I had to chew chew chew and spit out the meat. It was so chewy.. I love ribeye, it’s second only to the fillet. I don’t understand what kind of meat they use, but it was not good at all.. The lobster tail was so tiny. I absolutely regretted adding it to my meal. The mashed potatoes weren’t bad, but everything else was awful, and I will not be back.. I did not have the energy to take the food back to the restaurant and complain. The pictures show almost all of the steak having to be spit out due to the fact that it was pretty much inedible. I tried to cut it with a butter knife, to see how tender it was to start, and it was almost impossible.

The sprite is very flat like they haven’t cleaned their machine in some time. All utensils including plates and cups had old food stuck to it and were grimey with oil attached to them. The food was subpar, I had Flo filet with Mac and cheese and broccoli. The food is extremely salty.
