I wanted to share my experience at Mama T's with y’all. It’s such a hidden gem! Me and my friend were in the area and saw the name on the side of the building. I’ve seen posts about it on Facebook but never stopped by. Yesterday, me and my friend decided to stop in. From the moment we got there, I didn’t realize it was Mama T herself in the car with the biggest smile. You can tell she appreciates all of her customers.The food was absolutely delicious. The food was served cafeteria style. Mostly everyone ordered a meat and two sides. Personally, I ordered the oxtails, macaroni and cheese, the collard greens/cabbage mix and a side a chitterlings. The oxtails were hearty and tender. Then the sides were just as amazing in taste. I didn’t know what to expect from the collard greens/cabbage mix but I thoroughly enjoyed it.Other options they had were curry lamb chops, jerk ribs, baked chicken, hamburger steak, lima beans, yams and a whole lot more.I would highly recommend trying it out if you’re lookin for some great soul food!Also, it’s more like a grab and go with a few tables. Definitely worth the visit.
Disappointed I wanted chitterlings and got hogmawls paid 22 dollars for something that wasn't even worth it at all....

Found this place on Google search. Really tasty!!! Had the ox tail w greens and fried okra as sides (w other great choices available). Super tender perfectly seasoned meat. Sweet tea was given big thumbs up by our local friends. I loved the hush puppy like corn bread ball.Place does have just a few smaller tables and has that “did we just walk into someone’s kitchen” simple feel. We took food to go and went to a park about 10 minutes away.Everyone (staff and customers) were super nice and helpful. The tastiness you get in each container you will walk away with reflects the care and is excellent .

Mam Ts is is gifted place true mom and pop. The best food I have ever had homemade j*** ribs and oxtail oh my god from south Ga. To eat worthever mile to come here. If your are passing through it's worth the time to stop here. Very very friendly happy family god bless.Vegetarian options: There are some great vegetables.Kid-friendliness: If your kids can act like got some sent. If not graveyard across the road..

Mama T’s is a total experience! This is real soul food and I have never been more impressed before with soul food like this. The ox tails were some of the best I’ve had in years. The staff was so friendly and welcoming - it felt like we were being welcomed home for Sunday dinner. 10/10, would recommend to literally anyone.
Let me tell y’all something I CLEARED my tray! Mama T’s SLAPS! The food is just right! Not bland, overly greasy or salty. And the customer service is top notch. Very friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely be back!
