They delivered our pizzas as if they'd been dropped on their side. They were smashed and balled up. We called and spoke to the manager, Nash. We told her we understand accidents happen, like maybe the delivery driver tripped or took a hard turn or brake. She said they'd remake the pizzas and we offered to let them take the first ones back with them, but she said no. We sent her pictures to her cell phone at her request as proof. So they send the same driver out as the first time and he literally BEATS on the door instead of knocking normally. He sarcastically asked my bf if he wants to check the pizzas before he gives them to him. Lin starts following him out to his vehicle to look at them, and the driver starts yelling at my bf saying "We KNOW you did that to the pizzas! We can TELL!" Lin is like, "What would I have to gain by destroying my food? I offered to return them. All we got was to have to wait twice as long to eat dinner." The delivery driver tells Lin to go f*** himself, does some more hateful cussing and then gets in his car and speeds wrecklessly down the road. Thankfully none of the neighbors small children were out playing where he could have hit them. I called the store and then politely and calmly told the same manager, "Nash" about her driver's unprofessional and unhinged behavior. All she gave me was a flat, meaningless apology. She put me on speaker phone (she must've thought his behavior was funny) and just says, "Oh, I'm sorry. Is there anything else I can help you with today?" We originally were not even complaining about the driver, we just wanted what we ordered to not be a balled up mass. He took it personally and retaliated, and I guess the manager either didn't care or shared his sentiment of "trying to get free food", even though we offered to exchange the pizzas. Clearly the manager didn't care about his behavior, maybe even supported it, and after the way he acted so violently we were afraid he'd tampered with the replacement pizzas. Needless to say corporate was contacted and we will NOT be ordering from them again.

I was overcharged and given less food than what I actually ordered. I made an online order and applied coupons but when I got to the store for pickup, not only was the order missing items but also my coupons that I applied online were gone as well. So sick of Marcos they need to either get rid of the online ordering or fix it and stop stealing from their customers!
