Haven't eaten here in years and usually got a good sandwich and service. Today was different, the sandwich wasn't as good and the service a little slow for a near empty place.

It's a chain and as such it's consistent. The food isn't bad and the value is reasonable, but do not go to this location during busy periods. A 35 minute wait for 2 deli sandwiches and a salad is pretty awful. I know they are busy but really.

Service could have been better. To go order, left a whole sandwich out of order. Had to go back to get a refund because they couldn't refund my card. Food is ok.
Food was good, wish they hadn't run out of rye for the Ruben which was literally what brought us there... however with that being said they offered a jalapeño roll bread that my husband (picky) actually liked that he wouldn't have tried otherwise. Food was good and both of my picky eater girls found food they devoured (not the norm since they are polar opposits).A bit pricey at 75.00 or so for a family of 4...but atleast the plates were emptied and bellies were full. Staff made sure to check on us a few different times during our meal which they were wiling to get refills etc. Over all good experience and might try it again if we are up for a sandwich in Dothan.

This place is filthy, and I reported it to the health department. While we were there, and we commented about the filthy sticky stuff on the tables the manager just stood there talking on the phone.

Tues, July 15th Second time this summer we have been and AC not working. Computers were on/off which made the line to order long. Urinal in men's room, out of order. Tables empty, but not cleaned off, we had to move dirty dishes to another dirty table and wipe down table ourselves. We love this place, but it needs some organization, revamp...something.
