It's a chain and as such it's consistent. The food isn't bad and the value is reasonable, but do not go to this location during busy periods. A 35 minute wait for 2 deli sandwiches and a salad is pretty awful. I know they are busy but really.

Service could have been better. To go order, left a whole sandwich out of order. Had to go back to get a refund because they couldn't refund my card. Food is ok.

Food was good, wish they hadn't run out of rye for the Ruben which was literally what brought us there... however with that being said they offered a jalapeño roll bread that my husband (picky) actually liked that he wouldn't have tried otherwise. Food was good and both of my picky eater girls found food they devoured (not the norm since they are polar opposits).A bit pricey at 75.00 or so for a family of 4...but atleast the plates were emptied and bellies were full. Staff made sure to check on us a few different times during our meal which they were wiling to get refills etc. Over all good experience and might try it again if we are up for a sandwich in Dothan.

This place is filthy, and I reported it to the health department. While we were there, and we commented about the filthy sticky stuff on the tables the manager just stood there talking on the phone.

Tues, July 15th Second time this summer we have been and AC not working. Computers were on/off which made the line to order long. Urinal in men's room, out of order. Tables empty, but not cleaned off, we had to move dirty dishes to another dirty table and wipe down table ourselves. We love this place, but it needs some organization, revamp...something.

This place is usually great however I have been severly disappointed by the service and lack of cleanliness. Nobody was cleaning tables leaving multiple tables unusable due to unclean dishes and leaving peope to sit at the unclean tables which where not even cleaned after recieving the food the old dishes where jsut removed. It also took us over half an hour to recieve our food. The tables food was also brought out in parts which is usually fine when its not long before the other person receives theirs however I received my food 15 minutes before my father received his. It was an extremely disappointing experience and will be thinking twice before returning.
