I have been here twice. Both times they messed up my sandwich. Both times they brought food out at different times so one person was done eating before another got food. The potato salad portion is laughable how tiny it is. The kids meals went up in price yet the portion got smaller. They forgot my cheesecake and I had to go ask. The ladies working the counter were very nice. I feel the issue is the cook can’t make more than one thing at a time. The price I way too high for the small portions and slow service. 25 minutes for a toasted cheeses sandwich is ridiculous.

I drove a hour to a interview here . There was. K one in the restaurant and they had 4 days to cancel it. There hiring and I needed a job. Me and my family might have become customers but I will never eat at or support a McAllister deli .the manager refused to come to me in person and told a cashier she doesn't do interviews on Fridays. She obviously had some other reason to discriminate and wasted my day . She didn't even give me a chance. I was told id get a text I never got. Treating people bad in any way in a business looses you customers

I have been eating at McAlister's deli now for what seems like at least 20 years. The food always tastes great, the place is always well maintained and clean. The service is always top notch and the bathrooms are of course clean. There's plenty of parking in the front and there's also outdoor seating as well. Definitely a great place to eat with a small to medium-sized party of people.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible

I love McAllisters but could not be more turned off by my experience yesterday. Walked in at 745pm, placed a Togo order, waited 20 minutes (which is acceptable I guess) went out to the car and checked the order before pulling off. Order was WRONG! Went back in asked for the order to be corrected, was charged (nacho basket versus ultimate nachos) and then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes only for it to be wrong again. No chili was provided, just cold cheese, chips and some avacado, And the rest of the families food is still in the car now extremely cold and gross. Come on people. Management could have addressed this. someone could have just made the order right without charging me again! Staff appeared new in front and back of house. Manager never acknowledged me yet clearly there was an issue. Just look at your ticket times!!!

Love my McCallisters. I was surprised that they were just opening up in Dothan as they have been in any other City I have lived in. Dothan is a bit backwards though but catching up. Can't beat the sandwiches here and the drinks are pretty awesome as well. We pretty well don't go anywhere else for lunch.

I called ahead. Order the French Dip with half a salad. The French Dip was sooo not good. Dry and the Au Jus tasted like water. It looked to be water down because it was a very light brown color. Tasteless. The salad was ok but a very small one with very little greens. Just very disappointing when you expect more when you pay $16 for lunch. Basically it was GROSS!!!

Absolutely awesome place to eat & the salads are out of this world & the sweet tea is excellent. Can only wait for the grand opening of the new one to get finished in Enterprise. Everyone get ready for an amazing experience when they open their doors!! Everything on the menu is really good as well.
