They don't listen to get orders right meat and buns dry fries are never fresh it's like y'all make the food way ahead of time and let it sit for a rush it's not cool when we spend upwards of 70$ for a visit! They probably sit around on their phones and talking because ain't no way food is always like that I used to work at a McDonald's only way food is stale like that is is mass made and sits

I ordered only 2 items through the app and went through the drive through and it took 18 minutes! That’s crazy! There were only3 cars in front of me. And when I finally got to the window to get my food they told me to park and I had to wait longer. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry!!!

they are good in the morning, sweet workers and great breakfast. They are horrible at night, they don’t let you get refills and are rude and ignorant. Need to be closed down just for that.

I stopped in to try that Chicken Big Mac and I wasn't impressed. It didn't really taste like anything and the chicken patties were way too hard.
The people try but this the worst in Dothan . Don't mind waiting for cold food. Young folks more worried about the phone than the job ...GOOD

Best experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds. The woman taking my order was very upbeat, funny, and cheerful. I thought to myself after she took my order in the drive through, “I need some of whatever she’s had this morning!”, and then she handed me this after I paid! Also, the moment I got to the window my order was handed to me. This McDonalds will always have my business.
