Not the first time, but no one took my order. This happens more often than not. I live near this location, but I REFUSE to do business with them again, due to poor customer service and seemingly appreciated loss of business. Driving off should not be the norm, as opposed to someone taking my order, or at least acknowledging a customers presence and letting them know that they will be with them momentarily. This is the location I usually stop at on my way home because it's most convenient. I stopped by tonight and the drive-thru was pretty busy so I went inside. An employee went in ahead of me and let the door go in my face. No apology. Then she goes to talking to a group of employees in the corner booth, no masks.
