I don't understand how they can have a valued employee working there who does the front counter and the drive thru and goes to work each and every single day extra early and gives 100% as well as great customer service but they still find a way to get rid of the employee. Like seriously what is going on with this McDonald's. Will never get any of my money anymore

I don’t understand how someone can ruin a iced coffee. I have ordered coffee from here multiple times and even if I say add extra sweetener it is always bitter. I hate paying a extra.78 cents for sweetener they do not use. Add extra means to add more. Fry's are continuously cold and night shift doesn’t have anything put together.

Christina, a manager working this evening on order # 1318. Why were you so rude to me and my daughter about a mistake that the employee made? The employee needs to not get ahead of herself and not charge us for someone else's order and I simply asked for a refund. You were so very short with me and it is very unacceptable to have that kind of mannerism to anyone . Ask Corporate to train you again.

I guess bad timing… My burger and Fries was colder than the drink that came with my order. Just sucks when people spend their hard earned money at a restaurant and they are not satisfied are happy with their food order!!
It would be different if it happened once or twice but I constantly get bad service here. They stop cooking over an hour before close. They’re rude. They don’t even take orders. You have to do it at the kiosk. Waited 20 mins for someone to take my cash and the order didn’t go through until they took my cash. Waited 45 mins for food.

By far the cleanest McDonald’s I have ever been in. The people are so nice and helpful…app was kicking my butt and the lady at the register helped me.

Why is quality so consistently poor??! The burger was ok, kinda warm. But the fries. . .the fries! stone COLD and UNDERCOOKED!! I could not eat them despite being very hungry. Seriously. How is it possible to screw up fries?? You have to have a complete breakdown of management, training, and accountability. I worked fast food, and took pride in sending out only hot, fresh food. These crooks set out cartons of undercooked fries under a dim rack thinking they will stay warm for an hour. This is only supposed to be used for large orders, it isn't for orders not even placed yet. I'm so sick of every McD having the louisiest, incompetent, lazy and rude employees with an easy job but chose to send out garbage. It is a national issue and we need to do better! Not just McD, seeing this at the long time favs Arby's and Hardee's also. Corporate America is failing with fast food. Hopefully customers answer with not giving them any more business. Eat Chic-fil-A! Look at their rise, they are killing every other fast food joint in business. There's my review and rant.
