Went here yesterday night paid for are food it came out 15 min later wrong . They took it back and 15 minutes more no food . SO BASICALLY PAID FOR DINNER BIT DIDN'T GET . It had been so long.I could have reordered and paid for it again , but we left and my 5 yearold said daddy I hungry broke my heart . I will never go here again . We finally ate at are main one the next morning . Downtown dothan best . The Pic at are one down town it's the best .

So I went to McDonald's Ross Clark an Hodgesville road this afternoon Dec 28th. Needless to say this was the most nastiest place I have ever seen in my freaking life! There was food all over the kitchen floor and I don't mean just a french fry or two! There were food preparers with long hair to their shoulders with no hair net and their hair so greasy you could have changed a car with it! The manager looked like she had just crawled out of a sleeping bag for a week. To say she needed a shower was an understatement. Oh and we won't stop there. When I managed to get my meal which was supposed to been dine in and was served to me in a paper bag ! The french fries were as limp as week old spaghetti. I called the rude azz cashier over and told her I needed some fresh fries that I paid for a decent meal that's what I expected .Of course she huffed off and brought me back some that were at least an hour old. In the drink area the entire countertop was covered with soda mixed with tea and the drain where the ice is was full of what looked like sludge coffee. I tried to sit down every table I went to was covered in sticky soda and remnants of food. Finally I found a half clean table to open my McRib to find out that it should have been named McBBQsauce cuz basically that's what it was. I quickly closed my bag which consisted of limp fries and two McRibs and went home and fed it to my damn dog ! 🤬🤬❤️❤️❤️❤️ Someone needs to call the health department or whoever can cleanup or close this dump down !

Went by to get the kids some lunch on our trip back home from panama city. I ordered online they didn't place all the food in the bag and the sandwich for my daughter was made wrong fries were not warm and my frappe with a shot of espresso wasn't made right. I use to work at mcdonalds and it makes me grateful for the one in my hometown. They weren't friendly just asked what are we waiting for instead of can I help you?

The lady taking the order at the drive-thru seems incompetent. The lady at the secondary pickup window doesn’t seem to have any manners, like you can simply respond with “You’re welcome” when someone says “Thank you.”
Kid-friendliness: If you want them to get sick, probably not much cleaning occurring here.
