After i a very long day !!!! It’s late and you want to stop and get something quick to eat !!!! Every single time i do this i regret my decision 3 seconds into my meal. I can’t understand why everything is always so cold . If the line is wrapped around the building new fries are cooking so you give the customers at the window cold fries . Give the customers coming up new fries, just do right and make everyone wait !!!My meals are always cold at night and i can’t understand why !! my food was absolutely terrible my fries were hard as a rock !!! please do better people are paying for their meals!!!!!

I really love coming here once in a while but I have lost my appetite and will not be returning for a while. The service was friendly. The food is a big NO for me. I can’t let this slide, I prefer my burger well done NOT RAW. The French fries were nice and hot but tasted very off like chemicals. Please check your meat before it makes someone sick!!

I’ve never really had problems at this location until today. Idk if I will ever come back to this location. I had to ask for my cups and had to go back home because they forgot my apple pie. They also served me VERY cold and nasty fries. And who seems to be the shift leader or manager, she kept yelling and cursing every employee out and everyone in the lobby heard her swearing and there was kids inside, including my daughter. VERY unprofessional

Went with my boyfriend and best friend. Me and him got two Big Mac meals and she got a McChicken with a 6 Pc nuggets. For one they forgot to put our bottom patties on both burgers. My friends McChicken was cold. I work in fast food too and regardless of what shift or time of the day it is, always use good customer service and make good food.

Never got cussed out by an employee before. Never had an employee kick my kid out of the restroom not once but 5 times and then lie on my kid to my face.Thought stepping up to me in my face was a great idea. Iam calling the owner/cooperate. I will say the place was clean. Got three items of my order wrong and got frustrated at us for their mistake. Won't come back. Food was not very warm and was very dried out.

No matter the time or day, this McDonalds can’t seem to get their act together. 35 minute wait for a Big Mac? And then when I pull to the window your employee is cussing and throwing things? I come to this location often, for convenience not because the food or staff are worth it. What’s the point in ordering on the app, to have to be pulled to the 3rd window after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru? At 7pm.. Cmon now, this location is going down the drain. Currently 7:25 and I still haven’t gotten my food I ordered at 6:57..
