I come to this McDonald's daily (normally around 7:30 am) for breakfast and have never had a problem until today (I came at 9:45, different crew). I placed my usual order and waited. Upon receiving my order my iced coffee was missing the Carmel so I asked for Carmel to be added. The lady (and I use that term lossely) said I put the Carmel in there (it was quite bitter with no Carmel taste at all) and made an ugly face at me. I then told the server at the front counter that they could throw the drink in the garbage as there was no way that I would drink it. The manager came out and offered a refund which I refused. Then the server came out and apologized which she had nothing to be sorry about. She said she had to tell the manager because she didn't want her face messed up (she was an older lady). Sad that she has to be scared of a co-worker. I decided to leave without eating anything.

I ordered the 2 cheese burger combo with an extra fry and one of my burgers had molded powdery bread I bit into . I just ordered this. Yall need better cooks . Got these young ppl working not caring what they give ppl. Hell folks pay for they food dont nobody want something they not getting they money's worth out of.

Ordered Bagel and biscuit sausage egg and cheese. Got 2 sausage McMuffin. 7 cars had to park and wait for orders. So got over charged and the man at the window was so rude. WTH has happened to my favorite place? Sad

Just stood at the counter for 5 minutes while being ignored at 7:30pm Friday evening. Workers more concerned with drive thru and taking care of their kids. I canceled both orders I had mad3 online. Typical experience for a Dothan area McDonald’s.
