I come to this McDonald's daily (normally around 7:30 am) for breakfast and have never had a problem until today (I came at 9:45, different crew). I placed my usual order and waited. Upon receiving my order my iced coffee was missing the Carmel so I asked for Carmel to be added. My son loves it hear and the manager is awesome and very accommodating. My son is special needs and we stop here when we have doctor appointments. They get the food wrong sometimes but overall wonderful
