I come to this McDonald's daily (normally around 7:30 am) for breakfast and have never had a problem until today (I came at 9:45, different crew). I placed my usual order and waited. Upon receiving my order my iced coffee was missing the Carmel so I asked for Carmel to be added. My son loves it hear and the manager is awesome and very accommodating. My son is special needs and we stop here when we have doctor appointments. They get the food wrong sometimes but overall wonderful

May 5, 2024. Order #102 @ 1202pm. Dine in. Young woman cashier was very friendly. Older woman, aqua shirt, yellow hat, handing our food calling numbers was kind of rude. Stood at the food passout window for five minutes, nobody else behind me. I said excuse me ma'am twice during g that time. She was doing things but the place wasn't packed, and not once did she even acknowledge me, even to say she was busy and she'd be a minute. Needed cheese on my quarter...
