Worse mcdonald’s in Dothan Al. Waited in line for a meal for almost an hr. service was horrendous and food tasted terrible. Do not recommend.

Ordered through drive through at 5.54pm after waiting for 4 mins. Now it’s 6.15pm and still no order and we are in waiting bay. This is extremely bad service. Drive through means quick service so there’s no excuse for such delay. They should have enough staff to accomodate customers.

If this is the same mcd's on west main st near publix , this is our fave place!! Yes , McDonald's isn't a super fascinating life-long carreer in my opinion , but it is a job for many people, pays the bills or good bit of a bill / bills depending on where you live. However , this location is the best !! They are open the latest and always seem to have the best outlook on the job they sign up for. We do many online orders & once or twice went inside to eat. Either way , we have always had a great experience with this location. Even if items aren't correct 100% or we have a few items left out , they are always making sure we have what we need to be satisfied. Awesome crew with each visit. Even though our visits & orders are at night , the crew always makes sure we have all we need or want.

At least part of your order will be cold. They don't finish the food at the same time so the food cooked first is cold by the time the ready is finished.
Got the 2 cheeseburger meal, frappe, and 10 piece nugget.
Everyone was nice but the nuggets tasted sour and the burger patties were dry.

I ordered a sauce and egg biscuit meal and go asked to pull forward. I had to wait 10 minutes for my food and then he had to go back and get my drink. They were very unorganized and service was poor.
