If you don't repeat the order back to them while your at the intercom when you get to the window and they ain't add somethin to your order you have to go all the way back around and y'all buns are ALWAYS DRY LIKE HARD DRY FRIES UNDER SALTED AND NEVER HOT! PATTIES ARE DRY LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN SITTING I WORKED HERE WHEN I WAS A TEEN YALL NOT DOING SOMETHING RIGHT AND DONT LISTEN. Also when someone ask for mayo stop handing us 2! That ain't enough for them stale fries

Curbside service is horrible!! Even when there’s barely any cars in the drive through they take 10+ minutes to bring your order out. Too bad chikfila is closed or Sundays.
