Ordered from the kiosk two quarter pounders, about 10 minutes later, I received my order, and it had 3 quarter pounders, and ALL 3 were COLD and tasted old. I give up ! NO MORE MCDONALD'S , from now on I'll just go to WENDY'S they are far superior to this mcdonald's.

The hours say 5 am M-F but they are hardly ever open before 6am. I have gone on many occasions at 530 and 545 been greeted by an automated pre recording. I have even gone before at 615am and been told they won't be ready until after 630.

Yes #1 they got our order wrong and #2 while we was waiting in drive thru white heavy set women a worker came out and cuss me out and flipped me off and #3 our food was cold and was told they was not going to replaced our order very bad management and poor employees

Went thru drive thru been here 25 min I was told to park in drive thru 1. 25 min later I still don’t have my food. I have to go back to work and didn’t get any receipt so can’t get refund they suck
No complaints really, just the same old thing..Ordered 2 strawberry shakes..recived and they came out looking vanilla with a hint of pink color..The lady did explain, it was the machine and she could make them again but the machine would have to be cleaned and I was like"I'll keep what I got"
