Great service. Food tasted fresh đ
I was disappointed to say the least. Barely a couple of pieces of meat on the bread. A half a piece of cheese. And my bread was soggy. And how was this possible with no condiments???
This place has roaches , they have molded bread they take the mold off and still use the bread for other sandwiches and where their steamed you canât really tell but Iâve seen it with my own eyes the boss will tell you to even do it cuz she donât wanna lose any money. Also this place is NOT good to work at. Youâll get ur money taken from ur check without an explanation. I do not recommend this place for anybody who wants to eat out with their family or as a couple or a friend because you will be taken for granted and talked to like a dog. Donât spend ur hard working money here cuz all these people that work here either arenât trained or just is lazy and donât care how ur food goes out to u.
The service was awful in every way possible. The people that worked there were not friendly or helpful at all. My parents and me ordered a combo meal, the food was not good. We were unfortunately still hungry after we left. With my combo meal, I asked if a bag of chips came with the meal several times. They never answered my question. I got a small bag of chips, the next thing I knew a rude worker came to our the table with a new receipt, and told us that we owe $2.75 for a bag of chips that you can get anywhere else for 50 cent. My mama trying to give the unopened bag of chips back, but they would not take them back. That was $40.00 dollars of bad food, service, and experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Idk what happened to this place, it used to be really good but tbh just save your time and money and go somewhere else

This is a great facility but honestly the quality of all of it has gone done ALOT in the last year or so. We used to come here all the time but everytime my order is wrong. Today- ordered a buff burrito wrap with nachos/ peppers on the side and large tea in the drive through. Girl that worked there at 2:55 had a attitude and acted as if I was an inconvenience to ask for my peppers and ranch that I didnât get and also didnât get my large tea- got a small. I will not be back. Yall need to get it together!

I ordered a salad with croutons on the side. I ended up with a very crappy chicken Caesar wrap instead of a salad with croutons on the side! And not the mention I paid $12 and the wrap I didnât even want barely had anything in it! Itâs pretty much just a spinach tortilla. I will Never go back!

Let me start off by saying i have never been the type to complain on a place. I had a taste for their turkey sandwich, which i was very excited about. Pulled up and placed my order in the drive through, stated everything i wanted which included a sandwich with a side salad.. i asked if i could get a cesar salad as the side and was told yes. i proceeded to the window.. took about 20 minutes to even be seen. once i paid for my order, the lady that was working came to the window 3 different times asking what i ordered. took another 10-15 minutes before getting my food. i then received my food and the side salad was not a cesar salad, our food was hardly warm, poorly made and i found 2 pieces of hair in both sandwiches that i ordered. finding hair in my food is the most disgusting thing. this was the worst ive seen this place after 4 years of going here.

Food seems to be inconsistent which is why I gave it 3 stars. And it seems to depend on who is making your sandwich. We went here 2 days in a row. Husband got a Reuben both times. First day, great. Appropriate amount of meat and saurkraut and the sandwich was delicious. 2nd day not so much.. got home and his sandwich was kinda meh. Just a sprinkling of saurkraut and not much meat as though the person was being stingy with ingredients. I got the French dip and it was teeny tiny. I have small hands to begin with. Not worth an $8 sandwich. I added pictures for reference.

Everything is way too expensive for what you get. $9 sandwiches plus an extra $5 for a drink and a small bag of chips. Insane. Go to Publix a few doors down and get a much larger sandwich for less.

I Ordered a mommas love in the drive through and told them plain nothing extra on it and get homes to a sandwich with all sorts of extra stuff. Can't eat it and it was 17+ with soup and a drink.
Sadly, like all franchises, the quality and intention has been lost. If it was mom and pop it would be good. The portions are mediocre and some items are way overpriced. I refuse to pay 9 dollars for a bowl of soup.
