New management is called Red’s kitchen “soul food & sea food” . So me and my family placed an order around 1:25pm today after my grandmothers funeral looking for some good food before we left Dothan but come to find out an hour later they tell us we can get a refund and they will still bring the food out but that definitely was not the case . It seemed like they were out of literally everything but still allowing people to order and people who had just ordered 10 mins ago received their food yet we still haven’t had ours . If I could give them a 0 I would but I can’t . Terrible customer service and we were not the only family to ask or receive a refund . Avoid this place at all cost ! Would NEVER recommend a family member or person on the street to order from here . They had everybody waiting for their food and we ended up never receiving our food we ordered. Just go to the chick-fil-a next door your better off having food and better service there .

oxtails were disgusting . i spent 21.00 on a plate of oxtails and cabbage and ONLY ate my cabbage . everything was full with grease. great customer service.

Again, the food never disappoints! Had some fried pork chops, rice and gravy and mac and cheese! Had enough left over for my husband. Though he did ask why i didn't get him some of the wings with the gold sauce!

The food at this place is unbelievable! Everything we ordered was hot, fresh and delicious. The 4 stars is because of the wait.
Nene's is the only reason I go to the mall anymore. They're also the reason I carry my own set of crab crackers in my purse. The crab and shrimp plate is perfection. They cook it fresh after you order it, it's seasoned perfectly and don't get me started on their butter sauce and corn on the cob! ?

The service was awesome! The food was not! We spent $40 on three plates and ended up throwing them all away. The food was so salty that we couldn't even eat it. It was our very first time there and it will be our last. The gentleman who served us was awesome though.

Awesome, great tasting food! Customer service could use some improvements. One thing you shouldn’t do, is bash previous customers in front of other customers. They weren’t attentive to us....we asked questions about food, and they nonchalantly answered while continuing to talk amongst each other about other things. They seemed too occupied with other things, than providing good service.
