we had terrible service!! they were rude and had nasty attitudes towards me and my friends.

Some of the worst wings I’ve ever eaten. I bought my girlfriend and I some wings, “three cheese” mac & cheese, & Cajun fries. For one the wings were shrunk and dry, barely had any sauce. Their “three cheese” mac & cheese tasted and looked like it barely had one, and the Cajun fries were over salted. I definitely would not recommend

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Literally the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth. Not only was my order messed up but after I ordered bone in wings and received nobo wings, the wings were not cooked thoroughly. It was like they cooked for 1 minute. In addition my wings had sauce drizzled on them instead of them being tossed in it. My food was cold when I received it, my fries were burnt and old and it was just overall a horrible meal. I would not recommend this place to the starving if the food was free.

we tried to order some wings for later in the day for a party and they said to call 20 minutes before because we called too early AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOSE OUR ORDER BECAUSE WE CALLED TOO EARLY! WHAT KIND OF EXCUSE IS THAT? WHAT ARE YALL LIKE 12? THIS IS A BUSINESS. THE REAL WORLD. never ordering from them again and plenty of other people arent either. we called the other things and wings by flowers and they had no problem with taking our order so these people are just lazy.

I usually have never had a problem with this location but I made a delivery order through doordash for my mother’s birthday. The order was well over $100 and they canceled it in 2 minutes after placing it with not explanation or notice. So of course now I’m out $100 until it is refunded by doordash and scrambling to find another option for food. I know things happen, but I felt like an explanation could have been given at least.

Best customer service out of all the Things and Wings I have been to. The lady was so nice and helpful considering it was only curbside service.

They have a huge selection of wing sauces and just food in general . In my opinion it's one of the better places I've been to since relocating to Alabama. All their dressings are handmade and very good! Some of the best fried mushrooms ever! Will definitely go back!

My family minus my husband just left the north side things and wings and it was the worse experience that we have ever had!!! My turkey burger bun was hard on the bottom , we wanted fries and received wedges which were hard and burnt, and instead of our waitress saying we don’t have fries there was no information given to make us aware. If we needed anything I had to go look for her and we were the only customers in the building! But to top it off when I did get her attention I got a attitude vibe from her then when checking out I handed her my credit card I expect it to be handed back to me but no she laid it on the counter as well as the receipt! Customer Service is key to a business and once that is disrespected you end up out of business, because no one wants to spend their money in a establishment only to be treated like it’s being given to them! We will not be visiting again !!

Nice quiet restaurant but we only ordered beer and enjoyed the quiet. Service was good and the draft was good and cold which is what we were looking for.

I must have picked a bad time to go. It was about 2:30 in the afternoon. Server was still friendly but I'm thinking she must have been the only one still on the clock.

Great boneless chicken nuggets and good sauces. Also old fashioned dr pepper sodas.?

Lemon pepper boneless wings are pretty solid here as are their cajun fries. The service and hospitality leaves something to be desired here though. Wait staff can be short, dismissive, or downright flippant on occasion. I usually prefer to get my orders to go.
