We were visiting Dothan this week and one of the most recommended restaurants was just down the road from our hotel. You can tell this place had been loved for generations, but could really use an update. The rolls were good, but the napkin served with them was dirty....ok, things happen. My salad plate felt dirty underneath....ok yea. Then my plate came out looking yuck. My steak was medium rare instead of medium so it was hard for me to finish. I would not recommend at this state.

I always order the broiled seafood platter. So good, tho i think portions are smaller than they used to be. Still worth it

Our Server Eli was AMAZING!!!! FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! Ribeye, veggies, sweet potatoe fries and my son had the shrimp alfredo. My son is VERY picky but he LOVED this dish ..... Clean plate!!! Good job. We are visiting from Columbus GA will return soon!!!!!

We’ve been going to Old Mill for decades, but after our Mother’s Day meal on Friday evening it’s doubtful that we will go back. I had the Chicken Parmesan which was dry and mealy. My husband ordered the hamburger steak which was a burnt patty with some sad looking onions on top. They were out of mushrooms and there was no gravy. My daughter ordered a hamburger that was even more burnt. She showed it to the server. They only charged her 50% for her 100% percent burnt burger and the manager did not come by. Even my son’s shrimp were below par. Being busy is not an excuse to serve visibly burnt and unappetizing looking food. What a disappointment!

This was our first time visiting due to traveling, OUR SERVER KALEY WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She went above and beyond on everything and made sure we were 100% happy.

I thoroughly enjoyed the meals, however some of the stuff was either under or overcooked. The atmosphere as well as the waitress more than made up for it though, and the ambiance was excellent as well. This was a very pleasant date night experience and I would recommend it again.
Called to make reservations and the guy that answered the phone put us down and failed to tell us he wasn't supposed to take reservations, we call to confirm our table for 20 and the manager had no idea what is was talking about. I wouldn't recommend going here

Really enjoyed this place with my family. The food was great, including the service . Be sure to arrive the moment it opens. It became packed 30 minutes later!So glad we arrived early!

What happened to the portions? Came in, and the shrimp fettuccine type meal that I have ordered before was now just a tiny portion. It used to be huge. That was my favorite meal, too.

We had a large group after a wedding rehearsal on a Friday. Original reservations for 8 were easily changed to an earlier time. We had over 40 people, with 3 waitstaff. The service was awesome. The staff was on top of everything. The food was excellent. Even though a couple of dishes were a little goofed up, they corrected the issue ASAP. It was our first time there, and we were impressed. Thank you staff!
