I give this place a solid 4 for the atmosphere itself. nice restaurant perfectly located easy to find and very convenient. The prices are good as well. I was slightly disappointed in the portion size of my food, but I guess I should have ordered more. I would recommend this place for a nice date night or family gathering our waitress did a nice job as well
The price is a little expensive for we will not go back there again.

Great place to eat reasonable prices and good menu options and good staff. Carla was great! Only reason it's not 5 stars is the wait time can be a bit long sometimes.
We used to love this place, but they must be really cutting corners these days. The things that were fried were overcooked and the plate was full of dirty cooking oil that tasted like it needed to be changed badly. I asked, and of course she said they change it nightly, but we were there at 6pm and it wasn't good at all. The sushi rolls tasted off as well. The salmon was rubbery and not fresh. Even the soy sauce on the table tasted spoiled. We let our server Alex know, but I understand there's probably nothing she can do except notify management. She was a very good server. I'm so so sad this place has gone downhill and we won't be back.

I have been Ooka many times as I have a sushi addiction I refuse to admit. The sushi and freshness has never be questioned! The food itself is outstanding! NOW, one thing I will complain about is service. Now this isn't an issue every time I've been except this last time 11/2/2024 at around 11:00 am. Our service was horrible. we got seated and drinks weren't brought or even acknowledged for about 10 minutes. I had enough time to take me and my 3 year old to the bathroom and my spouse sat at the table. I came back and he said I haven't even been acknowledged. mind you there is approximately 2-3 other tables (in this section) seated. so, we finally get our waitress and get our first order in. we watched ours come up on the bar they grab from and it sat for another 10-15 min.. so when it was finally brought we went and put in for the next rolls waiting even longer each time.. to the point our drinks were empty and we sat and waited to even catch her attention as she went to 2 other tables obtaining their orders / drinks. I finally got up and took the drink myself to the drink station to get another waitress to fill our cup. we had 2 rolls in we waited for over 20 minutes for and they sat easily for 10 minutes on the bar. I finally got irritated enough we paid immediately and left when she decided to bring us more drinks.
maybe she was new. overwhelmed idk but by far the worst experience yet.
i hope it was a one time thing cause usually this is my go to place!
