My my 18 ounce $32 ribeye might weigh 8 ounces. I shouldn’t have to say anything. The server should see that this was a piece of scrap meat 🤷🤷🤦🤦🤯

The food was not good, my partner's food who ordered some spaghetti with shrimp had shit, the added potatoes were hard, in short, the experience was very bad.

The experience is always top notch! Today we were celebrating and planning an upcoming wedding. Our waiter, Tyler, was absolutely amazing and observant! In fact, everyone that came to the table was friendly and relatable! But Tyler is an amazing young man.

Our server was amazing and very attentive! They accommodated our needs when they realized the steak wasn't cooked to our order, they rushed and made another one..

Absolutely the most disgusting food. We ordered a steak well done no pink, it was fully pink. Our bloomin onion was burnt and raw. And the tea tasted like perfume. After I asked our waitress to swap our drinks, she only came back to our table once to check on us. And she said she was bringing a manager and never did. Definitely do not recommend!

Blooming fried chicken, rice and baked potato were very good. Husband said that the steak was good, but not as good as Conestoga.

Manager was rude, would not give me his name or explain why an extra $16.00 charge was fraudulently added to my debit card. I would not recommend using credit or debit cards here.

Our lunch was very good, cooked well, and our waiter was very polite. The atmosphere was clean and so were the bathrooms! That is positive all to its own.

By far the worst outback experience in my 37 years of going to Outback. The guy who greeted my family was extremely nice and energetic, very welcoming but everything after that was pretty rough. The lady who sat us did not ask if we had any preferences even though the restaurant was fairly empty. Instead she promptly sat us in the bar section even though we had a child and my husband had a shirt reading Christian Ministries. I can’t imagine how a recovering alcoholic would have felt. Our waiter who was also the bartender truly had no interest it seemed in serving us. We ordered two waters and an unsweetened tea, we received three waters (which he did fix when he came to the table because he never dropped off our food it was always others who seemed annoyed to even be there, no smile, no nothing just here is your food). We ordered a prime rib (outback seasoned) with requested Au jus instead of horseradish , a medium steak with lobster and the steak and Alice springs chicken. My husband is diabetic and ordered a sweet potato only butter. When our food came (again someone else dropped it off as our waiter was at the bar talking to two customers about food recipes and buying Avacado oil) his sweet potato was covered in brown sugar. My steak served with horseradish and au jus as requested. It would have been nice to let our waiter know so my husband could at least get a new potato but alas he stayed chatting with those two customers at the bar for so long that my husband had time to eat his entire plate of food, my steak just went cold by the time our waiter had checked on us and brought me the au jus. He then went back to the bar chatting with those two customers about how he never went to culinary school but picked up these tips and tricks in life. After waiting and waiting while listening to our waiter chat up these two ladies not a worry in the world for the booth sitters, I had to get up and request our check (by the way our booth was right in front of the where the two ladies sat at the bar and my husband even got out his wallet holding it slightly up trying to get his attention to no avail). On the way out the lady who sat us at the bar, even though we had no desire to even walk through that area much less sit there, was sitting on a bench playing of her phone with her feet propped up on the bench but she did look up from her phone long enough to say have a good night. The food wasn’t bad but the service was so atrocious that I don’t think I will even go back to Dothan outback.

6pm on a Sunday night is especially busy. Staff seems to be doing the best they can but even the take out area is backed up and running behind.
