Food is usually always good at any panda express i go to. I was on a road trip and verified when panda express opens. I passed several establishments because i was specifically craving panda express. My long trip stopped me at a panda right at 10am and i still had a 10minute wait for the teriyaki chicken. If orders starts at 10am, food should be available for guests upon opening. I didnt mind the wait. But then they STILL messed up the order even being the first order of the day! 1 plate and 1 bowl and had the wrong entree for the bowl even though my receipt shows it correctly. Not a good start to my day

What in the actual crap is wrong with this store. Every time I come here they are out of stuff. Specially chicken teriyaki. They say wait and they will bring it out. Not only doninhave to come in to get it and remind them im waiting in the car woth 3 screaming kids. They usually give the worst portion size ever. Do better 🐼 Panda. By looking at the other reviews looks like yall really want to go out of business. Im about to start posting this on every single media out in the Dothan area.

Had an awesome experience at the Panda Express in Dothan, all thanks to one standout employee Javeta, also known as JJ! He was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew how to keep things running smoothly. Even with a busy line, JJ made sure everyone was served quickly and with a great attitude.
You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Honestly, JJ should be running that store. His leadership, professionalism, and positive energy are exactly what Panda Express needs more of. Huge shoutout to JJ he’s the reason I’ll definitely be back!

Everything seems fine. It was clean for the most part. We were eating our food. And I told my husband something does not taste right. We were so hungry after a very long day and picked out Panda Express bc we don’t have it where we live now. Not even 5-10 minutes after we ate. I got sick. VERY sick. Happen all of a sudden. Several bathroom visits later, I told my husband…. I think I got food poisoning.
I’m on day 2 of this mess. We definitely won’t be coming back to Dothan Panda Express anytime soon.

This establishment is known for serving undercooked food. There's multiple occasions I've received food and it was undercooked. The teriyaki chicken shouldn't be pink or red in the middle if it's cooked correctly (165deg). When management is informed of the issue they say it happens from time to time and it looks like it's done when it's prepared. I will never eat here again the attitudes of some of these young kids put in management positions are ridiculous. Someone is going to get food poisoning if they haven't ready eating at this Panda express location. I will definitely inform the the local health department.
