Had an awesome experience at the Panda Express in Dothan, all thanks to one standout employee Javeta, also known as JJ! He was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew how to keep things running smoothly. Even with a busy line, JJ made sure everyone was served quickly and with a great attitude.
You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Honestly, JJ should be running that store. His leadership, professionalism, and positive energy are exactly what Panda Express needs more of. Huge shoutout to JJ he’s the reason I’ll definitely be back!

Everything seems fine. It was clean for the most part. We were eating our food. And I told my husband something does not taste right. We were so hungry after a very long day and picked out Panda Express bc we don’t have it where we live now. Not even 5-10 minutes after we ate. I got sick. VERY sick. Happen all of a sudden. Several bathroom visits later, I told my husband…. I think I got food poisoning.
I’m on day 2 of this mess. We definitely won’t be coming back to Dothan Panda Express anytime soon.

This establishment is known for serving undercooked food. There's multiple occasions I've received food and it was undercooked. The teriyaki chicken shouldn't be pink or red in the middle if it's cooked correctly (165deg). When management is informed of the issue they say it happens from time to time and it looks like it's done when it's prepared. I will never eat here again the attitudes of some of these young kids put in management positions are ridiculous. Someone is going to get food poisoning if they haven't ready eating at this Panda express location. I will definitely inform the the local health department.

Every single time we order this place on door dash they are always out of chow mien and orange chicken. You can’t cancel the order because they don’t let you know till the driver gets there. Door dash won’t refund you if they already make part of the meal and driver is there.

The food is great but I'm getting sick and tired when I go to grab some dinner they are out of orange chicken every single time this is 5 times in a row, and it's specifically the one in dothan no where else they have poor management like this. Dothan panda express lost my business it's freaking ridiculous!!
Good food but went to sit down and all the booths were dirty only found one clean. The restrooms were clean, and the staff was friendly.

We ordered three family meals and received notice that it was ready for pick up. After Robbie at the store, we had to wait another 45 minutes. The staff was not helpful at all and almost completely ignored us. Will never come back.!!!!

We stood at the counter for at least 10-15 minutes without being greeted. One of the employees looked pissed and aggravated that she had to wait on us. The lo mein was dry and horrible. And so many of the entrees were empty leaving us with a limited selection and no one bothered to advise us if more food was being prepared. A child was stretched out and sleeping unattended at one of the booths (maybe an employees kid). Definitely won't be back.

Worst Panda Express location I’ve been to. This place will skimp on portions , if you’re missing items or wrong then they’ll lie and say come back for a replacement then get there and won’t honor it. First order was a simple order on app the. Pickup. Well I was in and out. But When I went back I had to stand there for the replacement and I seen People are digging in their but cracks then touching the food. ! Disgusting
