I spent $35 on 2 sandwiches. There is there is barely any meat on them and as small as heck. I guess if I want a real sandwich. I need to keep going to Jimmy John's. If anything the amount of meat they give, they should up their prices and people would still buy it. But anyway, I was very unhappy. And this is what I got. I'm gonna try to include a picture if I can figure out how to do it. But I will not be going there again. I mean, if you got a little appetite and you got a big wallet, then I guess you can go all you want, but I sure aint.

We decided to come here one day after a day of shopping and it was decent. Not the friendliest employees, no one greeted us or even talked to us besides when they called our names for our food. The food portion was disappointing considering we ordered bowls of soup and cup portions. Facility could use some cleaning and attention for sure. I wouldn’t come out of my way to come back here.

I love Panera. Consistently good on most things. I do wish they could serve the grilled cheese more toasted like they used to. It was so much better. And even though I like cheese it almost has too much on it. I think the bread not being very toasted is what makes so much cheese not good. Sometimes the bread is almost white with no brown whatsoever as if it was warmed in a microwave long enough to melt the cheese. I will say other Paneras seem to make it better. This one did in the past.

I always loved this place because they working fast and making really good salads. But my last two visits wasn't that great. This Monday (October 13th) I ordered Green Goddess Cobb Salad as it's my favorite and there is was no avocado in it, and no sauces at all. Also it was huge not eatable parts of the cabbage or whatever it was. I didn't eat it because it's not suppose to be eaten. On the next day I got this salad again, and luckily I got sauces and avocado in this salad this time. But this huge pieces of cabbage were there again and it was just ewwww. I know that you doing a great job guys and I love your place, so please just check who forgets put items in the salad and put uneatable parts in it. Thanks!

Very upset with the service tonight. The girl in the Drive-Thru gave my order to the car before me then ask for the customer to give her the food back and tells me that I have to take the food because the customer didn't open the bag when I spoke to her about food service and about covid and the flu she got an attitude with me. Very bad experience

I love gourmet French Onion soup, while not gourmet the soup was good. The taste and onions were good but lacked the traditional amount of cheese with only a small amount. The soup came with a piece of French bread which was fresh and tasty with butter. I wish they offered more choices of meat for sandwiches. The bread, bagels and cookies are great.
Dining in is fine, now DoorDash! It’s a whole different level of HORRENDOUS, when it comes to the smoothies being unblended huge chunks of ice still in there, to flavorless iced coffee that taste nasty, to them forgetting to put whip cream on the iced coffee which clearly has whip cream on the picture, to hard as a brick baguettes, to messing up my order a million times. There’s always something messed up and these issues have happened to me more than just a couple times, seems they are lazy when it comes to DoorDash. Get better. Yall are going downhill. (Picture shows chunks of ice in smoothie, and no whip cream on ICED LATTE AND ITS IN A HOT COFFEE CUP. Not even everything)

I would give zero stars if I could. I placed a mobile order that my husband picked up for me. Once he got back home, I was missing half of my order. I called to let them know that my husband would be back, and they said they would have it ready. Keep in mind, traffic was crazy, it was freezing and raining, so it was not just an easy drive to get there again. Once at the window, my husband said the employees spoke very nasty to him and were extremely rude after he stated “my wife called to let you know I would be back and yall said you would have it ready” and the employee stated “well what do you want me to do about that?” Once he got to the window, he stated that there were 3 employees that seemed extremely mad with him. How can you be mad over your mistake and ripping someone off? Do your job. It’s not that difficult to put food in a bag and do it correctly. They’ve lost my business for good!!!!! And I eat Panera once a week!

Absolutely enjoyed brunch here, and everything was absolutely to my liking. I had an egg sandwich with ham that was really very good. The ham was not your typical lunch meat ham but apparently some sort of Black Forest ham. I will definitely come back.

One star because on 11/26/2024 I got horrible food poisoning from their Basil BLT. I was vomiting so badly that I tore something in my esophagus and I started vomiting blood. One trip to the emergency room later, I was diagnosed with E.Coli. I know I got it from here, because the BLT was the only thing I consumed. It’s currently 11/28/2024, and I’ve been bedridden since returning from the hospital because any time i stand up I vomit. Good going, Panera.

Food was tasty but the overall atmosphere is dreadful. The glass windows in front and on side by drive through were filthy. Very unattractive. Also at the drive through almost all the lights were out, very sloppy. Overall landscaping needs help too. Fixable problems with proper management.
