We decided to come here one day after a day of shopping and it was decent. Not the friendliest employees, no one greeted us or even talked to us besides when they called our names for our food. The food portion was disappointing considering we ordered bowls of soup and cup portions. Facility could use some cleaning and attention for sure. I wouldn’t come out of my way to come back here.
I love Panera. Consistently good on most things. I do wish they could serve the grilled cheese more toasted like they used to. It was so much better. And even though I like cheese it almost has too much on it. I think the bread not being very toasted is what makes so much cheese not good. I always loved this place because they working fast and making really good salads. But my last two visits wasn't that great. This Monday (October 13th) I ordered Green Goddess Cobb Salad as it's my favorite and there is was no avocado in it, and no sauces at all. Also it was huge not eatable parts of the cabbage or whatever it was. I didn't eat it because it's not suppose to be eaten. On the next day I got this salad again, and luckily I got sauces and avocado...
