In town for a funeral and stopped in for a bowl of pho on 1/31 around 7pm. Let me start by saying I’ve had pho in many states all over the country and this was by far the worst experience. For starters, they were very short staffed. Upon walking in we saw a sign that read take a menu and seat yourself. So we sat at the only table cleaned and available because the rest were dirty. Even though it was only four of us in our party, we had to sit at an 8 person table. There was only two tables occupied by other customers when we arrived and all the other tables were dirty with dishes. There was a long wait before we ever got our order taken, our drinks brought out, and our food. We asked for one refill and a plate of pho toppings for the kids pho after our food was brought out and it took over 15 minutes to receive these items. So by the time we got the extra plate of toppings it was pointless. The service was absolutely horrible and the food wasn’t better. The eggrolls and edamame we ordered for appetizers were both microwaved, flavorless, and of poor cheap quality. The eggrolls have hardly any filling, so expect to only taste the wrapper. Our main course was 4 bowls of pho and pho should not take long to come out but it took over 30 minutes. The pho had no flavor. There was no flavor of any of the spices (star anise, cinnamon, cardamom, rock sugar, fish sauce) that should be in pho and it did not even have a beef flavor which it should have if it was made fresh with beef and beef bones. The meat portions were very skimpy. There were only 3 pieces of meat in two of the bowls. And the eye of round came out gray and shriveled up when usually it is served raw and cooks in the broth. The toppings were also very skimpy, the least amount I’ve ever received at any restaurant in the country I’ve eaten pho at. As if all of this was not bad enough, the restaurant itself is not welcoming and it was freezing inside. We asked the only waitress present if their heat was broke and she said she thought so because it had been cold in there all day. My husband looked at their thermostat and it was set in the 80’s but the temp inside was 57. My 11 year old son did not even eat his food cause he was to cold and wanted to go back to the vehicle. My 73 year old mother did not finish hers for being to cold too. We all sat bundled up in jackets rushing through our meal and not finishing, just to get out of there. This restaurant should not have been open on this day with all the issues they had. Off of my first and only experience I had, I cannot recommend this place. They should be ashamed and feel embarrassed for putting out the quality of food they do and having their doors open when the restaurant had broken heat when the outside temps were 25 degrees. I have a feeling with all the great reviews either things have changed or the locals don’t know what real pho should taste like.

This place will be great if they just hired more help. While I’m sitting here they have a waitress who is doing the best she can. But it’s kind of packed. It’s during Black Friday weekend and she has to wait tables, bus the tables, check people out, answer phone, take phone orders, and bring food and drinks out. I don’t understand why they just can’t hire 2 people to actually run this place. It’s giving cheap and don’t want to pay people for a job. I do come here a lot they just have to do better as far as food coming out faster. It’s not fair to her or the actual people who come here to eat to keep this place open.

A little pricey but fair considering the huge portions and well executed with an extensive menu. My wife and I both got a small pho and a sandwich and requested for them to cut them both in half so we could both try both types of sandwiches and it was so awesome😋
This place is great! The service was amazing, such a sweet waitress. I got a bowl of pho with brisket, fatty brisket and roundeye. The broth was very good, just the right saltiness and flavor. The portion was so big I was satisfied with half and brought home the rest! I also got a grilled pork banh mi and it was very tasty. I'm sure I'll be back to this restaurant soon!
