If I could give this a zero star rating I would. Ordered 2 medium pizzas..off of Uber eats. Just for me to cancel the order because apparently it takes two and a half hours just to make a simple order. I’ve never experienced such a bad service before.. also tried calling them 4 times and got placed to a customer service representative that wasn’t even at the store. Never again will I choose Pizza Hut.

I had a taste for a pizza and decided to give The Hut a try, since I haven't eaten there lately, and was very disappointed 😔 in my pizza, garlic Parmesan chicken and bread sticks was alright but my pizza wasn't what I expected of it, it tasted as if it just was thrown together and stuck in the oven, ate 2 slices and both pizza are still in my refrigerator as I'm typing this review.Thank you to the young lady who delivered my pizza she was nice,friendly and very professional ☺️☺️

Ordered breadsticks, an order of buffalo boneless wings, and a personal hut box which is a personal pizza and honey bbq boneless wings for lunch today. The wings were completely raw. I returned the wings for a refund when I was able to make it back into town this afternoon and was only partially refunded. They insisted they couldn’t refund the honey bbq wings bc the personal size pizza wasn’t returned with them. I let my daughter go ahead and eat the pizza being we live 20 minutes from Dothan and had already made it back home. The girl was completely unfazed that they are serving raw chicken to people and how sick that can make people. That’s definitely not the way to do business when it was the business’s mess up.

Not a great experience. The pizza was disappointing lacked attention and didn’t seem fresh. The customer service made it worse; the woman helping us seemed annoyed and kept rolling her eyes. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect.

Review after 2 years, 1 weekend maybe A-1, and the next... I really can't explain. The food is really never a problem. Just sometimes it seems hectic, and I can clearly see the order screen, which only has like two orders on it. And then there are times every other visit seems like no one wanted to come to work. And they show it, if you know what I mean.

The atmosphere of this place is absolutely terrible no one is friendly whatsoever when you go in there is no salad bar at all, and when I opened up my food to check it before I left the dough on the cheese sticks was absolutely terrible, and then when I asked about it the cashier went and got the cook and he hollered at me and said what is wrong with it it’ll take me 10 minutes to make you another one very rudely so I told him I was not worried about it and I would not be back, and then I got to thinking about it driving down the road and I called back in there to asked to speak to a manager and he is the manager on duty the same Cook and he would not let me know when another manager came in he told me he could not give out that information, I will not be back to this Pizza Hut in Dothan alabama.

Ordered my all-time favorite thin and crispy meat lover's for my return drive to Pensacola. But the pizza was slightly undercooked and not sliced completely through. It wasn't completely crispy and I had to tear the pieces apart, a difficult task to do one handed while driving. Disappointing quality from "the hut!"

Topic: It can be Doordash even when ordering from Pizza Hut directly. Why on this planet Earth if I order through the website, would it be delivered by a Door dash driver, which is fine, until they said they didn't get the tip. I don't know how that works (added to their offer?), but I tipped extra. For dried out "tavern" pizza. That was actually pretty bad. And I've loved Pizza Hut since day one. So I'll only do pick up, and it's typically the best when the little short sweet lady with glasses is there or the taller lady if she's still there, she was sweet too.
