The manager Kamara Garlenton is a HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON! She left the window and tried to fight me because of her ex. Horrible SERVICE. I couldn’t even get my food because of her. She tried to shoot me!

They gave us 2 orders of bone in wings when we ordered boneless. Gave us the wrong sauce and was just very dismissive and rude and told us we couldn't pick up our order from the drive thru window at first even though the app told us to do so.

Came here to say for lunch spent 20 minutes waiting on food but the cashiers family members came in and got food immediately and they got it for free if I could give them 0 stars I would

Customer spilled a drink on floor
I informed manager. 15 minutes later was still there. Cashier got my order wrong twice. Then told me that I never ordered the wings. Then got verbally combative. Mgr, didn't seem to care, when I told her she lost a sale, because her Cashier was not paying attention.

I just went through this Popeyes drive-thru. I typically don't eat fast food, especially since Covid, because of quality and price, but I was in a hurry. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a regular size iced tea. $9.03. I took two bites out of the sandwich. It is the most horrible tasting chicken sandwich I have ever had. Honestly, it tastes so horrible that I won't even take it home to feed to my dogs. Total waste of money.

Person taking our order was brand new and got no help, so we were stuck trying to order for almost 15 minutes despite being the only ones there. Our order came out wrong after this and we had to go back up to the counter repeatedly to get what we ordered.

This is the most unprofessional mess I ever had gave me a 10 piece and not one piece was done still pink they just need to close down an never reopen trash the owners need to step up and make some changes just pathetic I mean always serving raw chicken just don’t make no sense

Went in to order two chicken breast and a biscuit. The lady told me the meal is cheaper do I got it... why did she give me two wings???? Not a bright bunch at all.
