Chicken sandwich was awful

I promise Everytime I order chicken tenders they ain't never done

I ordered 5pc spicy tender combo, with Buffalo sauce. I received regular tenders, with honey. Fries were good, everything was overpriced.

I wish I could leave no stars. This is the WORST place to eat in all of Dothan. She told us to hold on at the drive box and we waited 20 minutes with a screaming newborn. Then she asked if that was our baby crying and we said yes she said okay a few more second. 5 minutes later they finally took our order. Food was freezing cold except the mash potatoes. Seriously don’t go here.

Despite the reviews our visit today was satisfactory. The chicken was good and cooked through, it wasn't dry but wasn't juicy at all, the cajun fries are always something I've liked, and the biscuits are always good! We did pull forward to wait but the wait wasn't long. It was 25.99 plus tax for 10 piece chicken, 2 sides and 4 biscuits.

One of the worst experiences coming here . Girl at the drive through wouldn’t even let me finish my order and when she did take the order proceeded to get it wrong after repeating it back to me multiple times . Won’t be coming to this establishment . It was the night time crew manager bigger heavier set lady .

They clearly need to quit conversating with their friends and pay attention to people who come through the drive-thru with their orders. I came through the drive-thru and asked for butter honey hot sauce and did not get any of those

Today I got a big meal today on the app at this location and the service was meh...after putting in my order it said it's would be ready at 5:45 and once I arrived i had to wait until 6:30-7:00 to FINALLY get my order. The food was cold/lukewarm when it finally came so it had to be sitting out for awhile.

Ordered a 16pc family meal online at 6:50. Husband gets there at 7pm. They say it will be about 10 minutes. It's now 7:39 and our food still isn't ready. Apparently a bus of people came through and our chicken was given to them. Spent almost 60.00 for this kind of service!! Not happy at all
