I informed manager. 15 minutes later was still there. Cashier got my order wrong twice. Then told me that I never ordered the wings. Then got verbally combative. Mgr, didn't seem to care, when I told her she lost a sale, because her Cashier was not paying attention.

I just went through this Popeyes drive-thru. I typically don't eat fast food, especially since Covid, because of quality and price, but I was in a hurry. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a regular size iced tea. $9.03. I took two bites out of the sandwich. It is the most horrible tasting chicken sandwich I have ever had. Honestly, it tastes so horrible that I won't even take it home to feed to my dogs. Total waste of money.

Person taking our order was brand new and got no help, so we were stuck trying to order for almost 15 minutes despite being the only ones there. Our order came out wrong after this and we had to go back up to the counter repeatedly to get what we ordered.

This is the most unprofessional mess I ever had gave me a 10 piece and not one piece was done still pink they just need to close down an never reopen trash the owners need to step up and make some changes just pathetic I mean always serving raw chicken just don’t make no sense

Went in to order two chicken breast and a biscuit. The lady told me the meal is cheaper do I got it... why did she give me two wings???? Not a bright bunch at all.

The staff were super nice. The service was very fast and the food was delicious. I could tell by the employees that it must be a wonderful place to work. It put a smile on my face to see the staff working so well together, laughing together but also doing their jobs perfectly. I will definitely visit this Popeyes every time I am in the Dothan area.

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Instead of answering the headset, the workers are outside talking to friends

Normally, we eat at the Popeye's location on the southside of Dothan. However, we stopped in at this location today because we were in the area. The cashier was friendly. We got the $7.99 weekday meal deal. The pieces of chicken (leg and wing) were very, very small. I have never seen smaller legs and wings in an order. The red beans and rice container wasn't even half full. We won't be eating at this location again since the meal deal was really no deal at all.

Have tried multiple times at this location, getting decent quality food here is a hit and miss. People for the most part are friendly enough, very slow most of the time. Puts a whole new meaning to fast food, the chicken is great when you can get it fresh but most of the time you can tell it has been out of the dryer for quite some time.
