This is ridiculous 5 nuggets the size of quarter and so overcooked and dry and a small apple juice box and small applesauce pouch for 6 dollars. And I had to make 2 trips to get it. We ordered a 12 piece family meal and the kids meal to go on a picnic at the Bothanical garden. Endless to say no kids meal when we unpacked. The dark meat in 12 piece were small, the breast were decent size and tasted good. I called and told them they forgot the kids meal. They said to come back by and pick it up. It really wasn't worth the gas to get it. I will never order this item again.
Drive thru.. yesterday at lunch. I paid with debit card, took longer than expected to get my card back. I looked inside to see what’s happening, I saw the lady put her phone down, pick up my card off the counter and hand it back to me.Next morning I had 5 transactions from CashApp and 2 transactions from DoorDash - both Dothan restaurants.Thankfully I keep my debit card on lock, so the transactions did not go through.

Spend $45 for family of 3. Waited at the drive through forever before we could order after they told us to wait. We should’ve left then. Finally order only to be sitting outside for another 10 damn minutes. I had to go inside to see what was going on. A lady met us @ the door with the food. BTW there were no other cars @ Drive though. 3 ppl on the inside. Hence NOT BUSY. Got the food, check the bag, everything seems ok. My mistake was not Checking my spicy Chicken sandwich bag. They put a damn fish sandwich instead of my Spicy Chicken & added a few shrimp in a box for a lil RAZZLE DAZZLE I guess. We were rushing so we had no time to go bk. Yall need to do better over there. No excuse bc IT WAS NOT BUSY. KMT

Try the drive Thur and never got any response after waiting for 5 mins decided to walk inside. As soon as I walked inside everyone behind the counter walk into the back with two other customers in front of me. Watch at least four other people just drive through the drive Thur without ordering because they couldn't get any service. Whom ever owns this store might want to hire a new late day early evening manager on a weekend.

Every time I come to this restaurant I have to wait for 20 minutes before getting my food in the drive
These are hands down the least intelligent people I’ve ever seen allowed to be employed. It took them 50 min. to make the most common menu items with no one in the drive through. I have eaten at the Canal Popeyes in New Orleans ON FAT TUESDAY with 100s of people in line and this took four times longer. I’m not sure what the manager’s name is who was working tonight because I couldn’t see a name tag, but she had RBF and did not help the employees at all who were clearly struggling at the simplest tasks. She just walked in circles. Watching these zombies try to “work” would have gone viral had I recorded it. Of course the food, once it finally arrived, was some bizarre inedible version of Popeyes food. The chicken tenders were rubber, the chicken sandwich looked like one chicken tender on a bun, and they somehow got so much cheese from the Mac and cheese in the mashed potatoes that they were bright orange.

I got a 16 piece chicken only. I asked if they could split it into 2. When I got home my sister's 8 piece was what was expected. Whereas mine had 6 wings and 2 thighs. I tried to call but I can not find a working number. This is a bit infuriating. Always check your order as it appears this place has many of the same complaints.

Who knows how the food is because there's nobody to take your order. I'm not sure if it's Popeye's policy to hire people who are just incapable of any type of service, but I haven't gotten one employee in this area. Who knows how to take an order. You just sit at the drive-thru. Just waiting and waiting and waiting and if you actually get to order something then you sit and wait for them to bring it to you. Just sitting and waiting and waiting and waiting
