Well the fish sandwich was a joke..... It wasn't fried enough it was soggy to the point I was able to pull the batter off... Smdh it was a waste of money and time.... Get it together

Rude employee told me I could not order white meat chicken. Then told me it says you can only order mixed on the coupon I have and posted an image of. That is false. She proceeded to walk away after saying that.

I went to this restaurant at 4 PM on March 13, 2025. I went and ordered my food and went to the bathroom. There was urine all over the seat on the toilet toilet paper all over the floor. The bathroom was a disaster. I did not touch anything, but I ordered food anyway. The person that took my order was not rude, but you could tell that they did not want to be there. I got my food in a reasonable amount of time and left and went outside to eat. After I finish eating my lunch, I noticed a guy come out the back door with his apron on from the kitchen and his rubber gloves carrying trash to the garbage dumpster. before he went back in, still wearing his gloves and apron lit a cigarette, one minute later, another guy came out the back door wearing his apron and gloves to the trash dumpster. He then lit a cigarette, not one minute later another guy came out carrying a bag with one cup in it to the trash dumpster, where he then lit a cigarette the food was not bad, but the cleanliness of the restaurant really needs some attention . I hope that a manager sees this and can’t correct the problems. I will not be eating at this Popeyes again if this is the norm. Not trying to get anyone in trouble, but I have worked at restaurants and worked in a food service business for about 14 years in cross-contamination, especially where chicken is involved you have to be careful.

I usually love to going to Popeyes especially because of the coleslaw & I always get half spicy and half original. They will normally put a sheet between the two so they won't get mixed up.. This time they didn't & everything had gotten mixed up plus the coleslaw smelled of nothing but strong dill pickles. Smh... probably the last time I'll be back.

Used to be a great place but lately it has been almost impossible to get service. One time I may understand they could've had a hard day but it has been everything lately

The food was hot and good. However, they were understaffed. Only three people were working at noon. It took an extremely long time to get the food. They were very friendly, they just needed at least one if not two more employees working.
... also, since when do you start charging extra for dipping sauce at a chicken restaurant? That's crazy! 75 cents extra per sauce.

We ordered and sat at the drive thru for 15 mins before we pulled around to the window. The woman at the window told us that they weren’t open once we arrived at the window. But why have us sit there that long if you’re closed when you could have told us at the drive thru? (15 mins after opening hours according to google times)

Disgusting on every level from customer service, to the food. The lady was over it from the second we pulled up to order. I seen 3 cars leave while waiting. The food wasn't really fresh and didn't taste good at all. No coleslaw at noon?? It's been a year or more since I have ate at this place. Never again.

Kindly told the people behind the counter I was missing basically my whole order. And they got an attitude because I told them to make sure it’s not a spicy chicken because it’s for a kid and she remarks back that’s what I just said and continues to give me dirty looks then says to me “you have a smart ass mouth” that is not how you treat paying customers yes mistakes happen and I kindly asked for it to be fixed and horrible customer service I get back!! Do something this is an everyday thing with these ladies during the day

Pretty much all around terrible experience one thing I can say is the drive thru attendant was very courteous and obviously over worked, though there were plenty of people standing around when I pulled up to the window. From start to finish she was the only person taking orders and delivering through the drive thru though no one was inside. The other front register employees need to either take more initiative to help out the team or just stay at home you don't have to be clocked in to scroll on your phones.

Lots of room for improvement. From the customer service, accuracy of order, and the consistency of side dishes (specifically the mash potatoes and dirty rice).

Not terrible experience but decided to go to a different location on my way out of town.

What an awful experience to have to wait at the speaker for over 20 minutes, get to the window, and hear the staff have an open disagreement was extremely disturbing. We still had to wait longer to receive our food. Things have to get better at this location.
