Had a wonderful breakfast at Ray’s this morning. I had the Ray’s SOS one biscuit with a white pepper gravy and sausage and the other with tomato gravy and bacon and oh my stars!!! Both were delicious, but that tomato gravy was perfection! Tried their cheese grits because how could iI not, lol, and those were creamy, savory happiness in a bowl! The hash browns were seasoned just right and the hash browns were crispy and crunchy on the outside and pillowy soft in the middle!...
Waitress had a bad attitude.. Act as if I was a bother to her. I want hash browns with a few onions cooked in them.. What I got was a platful of cooked onions with a few hash browns in them.. And it's smirk , when she gave it to me.
We had great western omelets with sourdough toast and grits. Portions were generous and the wait staff was attentive without being intrusive. Their never-ending coffee is discounted down to 46 cents if you buy a meal. All-in-all, Ray's is a wonderful place off the RCC to take friends and family!
