Red Lobster

The guy that seats you as you come in was very nice with a great personality! We was sat by the bar with my wife and two children. She was nice at first food came out in a good amount of time. I got a sirloin steak and lobster she named of sides that come with it I choose Mac and cheese and Cole slaw. Cole slaw tasted terrible had a up charge on the Mac and cheese that came with bacon I didn't ask for and was led to belive this was one of the two sides that came with it came out to 34 dollars. I left out with my youngest who was getting upset. My wife went to pay with our olive garden gift which we have used here before and clearly states it can be used at red lobster longhorn etc. Only to be told it couldn't be used there. My lobster was bland texture was awful. I've ate at this redlosbter since I was 5. I'm now 33 and can't believe the horrible experience at this Dothan location now.85.68 for two adults a baby and 11 year old. Will not be going back here again.

Arrived and told 15 minute wait, got seated 50 minutes later. I understand it was a Christmas Day. 20 minutes after getting seated finally see the server for our drink order and food order. Drinks arrived 10 minutes later, had to ask the host seating someone else for straws, apple juice was watered down and had to wait 15 minutes for a replacement. Food arrived 40 minutes later. Missing soup and a side. The soup and side came out 15 minutes later after the rest of the food was finished. The server never took a dirty dish from the table. I had to call the host stand to have dishes removed. Spoke to the manager who apologized. Server advised it wasn’t her fault and she was doing the best. Asked 3 people for a Togo container for the side that came out later. Never got it. Left without the side

Update review January 10th 2025. Fantastic service, very good food and will be back. Just whoever owns a building needs to give it a facelift!

The food was great but we wanted crab and salmon and they were out of both. Our waiter Can went beyond with his service to us. Always a favorite place to come.

Seated. Waited 15 minutes and was never so much as acknowledged by a server. Not sure it matters anyway. You'd need a parka or a down comforter to survive the artic climate inside.

It was terrible. Food. Service. Atmosphere all terrible. I will never be returning. I wasted my money.

Lisa was our waitress that day. She is such a treasure. Hold on to her. She described each meal with such depth and delight that we could barely decide!!! So pleasant and what a smile. She was very attentive and we decided she is our waitress from now on when possible. We also met the new manager and let her know how the food was excellent and the service is top notch. We were greeted and seated fast and friendly our server was a nice gentleman atmosphere nice. Then begin the problems ordered our food just to be told out of baked potatoes so ok so ordered the Brussel sprouts then we sat and sat and sat 35minutes later our waiter came told me no Brussel sprouts so ordered the mac and cheese to go with my asparagus another 30 minutes go by and we were about to get up pay for our teas when our server said it would only be a few minutes later so far we had waited an hour finally food arrived and my Mac and cheese had a funny taste so told our server and he did offer to get me something else but by then we were almost ready to go as we had an appointment to get to. And we had been there almost one and a half hours and did not want to wait another thirty minutes for food. This was at lunch time and we spent over 60 dollars for a very slow meal and items I could not get because they were out of items. Just to watch others get their food before us that arrived some time after we did. I don't blame the server but Red Lobster needs to improve their response time especially at lunch time. Usually eat here once a month and dinner time faster than this and never did I hear excuses about being out of potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Disappointed 😞 Customer.

Absolutely horrible service. We had been sat 15 minutes before anyone greeted us. I had to go get the manager to get service and the servers began arguing over whose table it was. Everyone has an attitude except the bartender who kindly served us. The manager is horrible and the employees attitudes stink!

Wow! If you haven’t tried Red Lobster lately, you need to go! Our food tonight was delicious! We had multiple dishes and they all were great. Best seafood we’ve had in a long time.
